DLS La serene Valley

Helpful and courteous staff, clean abed spacious room(especially honeymoon suite, ample parking space(as ground floor is totally parking area. Food is ok ok. Couple with two kids can book a family suite as it has two king size double beds. Couple with the one kid can opt for honeymoon suite as it has huge round bed which can accommodate 3 person easily. Deluxe rooms are normal rooms with basic facilities. The best part of the DLS La serene Valley is extra ordinary staff people who are genuinely very good and helpful. Distance from mall road is approx. 2 km. I stayed here with my family n friends for three days. I booked three rooms(1 family suite and 2 deluxe special)but on arrival 1 deluxe special was upgraded to honeymoon special by them. I felt little bit hot as ac was not allowed to operate in any of the rooms, dont know why. Washrooms were clean and hygenic. This DLS La serene Valley is definitely not for those people who used to prefer lavish n luxurious DLS La serene Valleys. It is meant for those who want good services in reasonable price. I would like to give 3. 5 out of 5.

We stay here for 3 nights and 4 days, this DLS La serene Valley has outstanding view. Very very comfortable room. We reached DLS La serene Valley early and was welcomed with hot cup of coffee. Hotel manager mr dipender was too much polite and humble. We were also given heater complimentary. All staff of this DLS La serene Valley are very polite professional and quick. On our last day weather was really bad and we were given lounge to relax. I strongly recommend this DLS La serene Valley for its wonder full hospitality and location.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of DLS La serene Valley. Everything about the DLS La serene Valley was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had booked a 4 night super deluxe room stay with my family. A beautiful experience altogether. Amazing view of the dhauladhar range from the room directly during november. Beautiful and polite attitude of the DLS La serene Valley staff. Rooms are perfectly accommodated with all necessary amenities. Only con: the ac was non operational and one will have to rent a room heater at additional expense to bear with the extreme cold during winters.

Through the friends circle we came to know the DLS La serene Valley. And it's a good DLS La serene Valley and good service. Food is just okay for south indians it won't be suits. We went in the month of january. Weather is almost between -3 to +11 max you feel the same chill inside the room also and heater is chargeable but weather is not berable. When we come inside the room it should be hot. But it's very much chill.

the rooms were spacious and well maintained. the location was good. the food was good as well. only improvements expected are in room service and housekeeping activities. and the food menu in buffets should have been a bit more diverse keeping in mind the taste of guests. overall it was an amazing stay at la serene valley by dls DLS La serene Valleys in manali

Most scenic DLS La serene Valley in manali. Awesome view of the rohtang height and surrounding dhauladhar range. Very clean rooms. Great Hospitality because the Hotel staff is very friendly and good natured people who are always smiling and very cooperative. next time whenever I come here at manali I will stay here at La Serene situated at Aleo. I had a fantastic experience at this DLS La serene Valley! The manager was incredibly accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing all my needs. The food exceeded my expectations with its delicious variety, and the best part was the surprisingly great price. A perfect blend of hospitality, tasty cuisine, and affordability – highly recommend!

Very well maintained property. Breakfast was restaurant menu was great. The staff were helpful l and accomodating. Overall worth the money paid.

Property can be located to maps easily, since its a new property not everyone would know. Food were good and delicious, rooms were clean and even the property. Only thing heater should be included in the tariff.

The DLS La serene Valley is in ale o which is reachable from all of the tourist place in manali. Nice ambience, overall a good experience. Need some additional focus on dining service, this area still needs some improvement.

The DLS La serene Valley was very well maintained and the staff were exquisite. The view from the room were breathtaking and also the terrace was the cherry on the top. Would highly recommend to stay.

Although it was new property but my stay was over all good. Due to less experienced staff & more gathering of tourists during this period, we faced little bit mismanagement. But after one day later every thing was normal. Price was genuine comparison to other. So value for price

Hotel staff was good & helpful and the view from the balcony of my room was amazing. Food quality was also great. In all i had an amazing stay.
