Location was good, food was average, rooms were poor, soiled pillows, no toiletries, broken shower, slippery bathroom tiles. Window blind with holes, broken room lock, have to ask to get room cleaned. Overall very disappointing experience, sold to us as luxury room but was very average room.

Breakfast was good. Clean property nice swimming pool. Polite and helpful staff. Good location to visit baga,calungate, candolim, vagator and anjuna beach. Also near by chapora fort and parra trees. Only dissatisfaction was the indoor games were not in working condition, owner must look into this.
