Horrible Experience My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in a terrible condition – untidy, poorly maintained, and far from what was expected. The bathroom was unhygienic and messy, with no proper cleaning done. Even the bed sheets were stained and clearly not fresh, which made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the overall hotel services were equally bad – careless staff, no proper response, and zero effort in providing even the basic hospitality. Honestly, every single aspect of this stay was below standard and unacceptable.

Room ac was not working. When complained. They said ac technical person will come by 9 pm evening. Which never happend. And the ac person came after my call again in the next day morning. .. hater understand the ac remote was disabled or locked so it was not working. He re set the remote when I checked out the room by 9am. Food also not intresting no option for dinner . I ordered dinner at 8:30pm i got the delivery at 11pm. Very poor

Excellent stay , neat & good rooms , staffs are polite & helpful.. restaurant to neat & clean , apart form the restaurant.. everything this good

Location is good in the prime location next to bus stand. but the property Maintenance and staff behavior can be improved. don't take it with breakfast not worth the cost

The entrance was not visible, very dull no lights, dark and gloomy. Room was poorly lighted and very dirty. Washroom was worse with stains, used razor as well as dirty towel. Even after several cleaning requests, no cleaning was done. Unprofessional behavior and worst customer service was very disappointing.

Not value for money. We paid but it was not worth more than 2.5k in comparison to other hotels. Breakfast buffet starts around 7.30 am but until 8 am there were only 4-5 items. Even there were no waiters during this time. Also, first they gave us an interconnected room which was not very clean. Smoking smell started coming because of which we requested for a room change. The new room was also in a similar state. Not clean and not maintained well. Overall a very bad and forgettable experience.

Room was not ready while arrival. Balcony full of cigarette buds. pillow, bedsheets not changed. Need to request often for basic needs. 🦟 are lot to disturb our sleep.

vivanta s Dining is perfect,Taste and quality of the food is value for money. very helpful room service and they maintaining the time punctuality to serve the foods to the room very quickly 😊 it's a good stay the rooms are very luxury

We enjoyed the mutton briyani which is delicious and the mutton is very soft to eat.

We booked our room in advance. When we reached there almost 2hours after check in time .room wasn’t ready.bathroom didn’t have soap towels anything. Door was broken.service was very poor

I recently stayed at your property, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I would like to bring the following concerns to your attention: 1. Rat in the room: we couldn’t sleep the entire night due to a rat moving in the room. Despite requesting a room change in the morning, no action was taken to address this issue. 2. Non-functional lift: the lift malfunctioned twice during our stay, and we were stuck inside, which was distressing and unsafe. 3. Staircase safety: some staircases lack railings, posing a significant safety risk for both children and adults. 4. Non-functional telephone: the room telephone was not working, making it inconvenient to contact reception. 5. Basic amenities: even for essentials like water, towels, and soap, we had to visit the reception multiple times to request them. 6. Bathroom issues: the bathroom taps were leaking, adding to the discomfort. This experience was far below expectations, and it left us feeling that our money was completely wasted. Considering the severity of the issues and the inconvenience caused, we request a refund as compensation for our terrible experience. We hope to hear from you promptly regarding this matter.

Both make my trip and hotel scamming people here. There are a lot of issues related to my stay like cleanliness, staff service, safety , I have raised all these to MMT but MMT also didn't take any action. When I reached the Hotel they said your booking was cancelled , it was totally shocking and more shocking when MMT didn't take any action. Please don't book this hotel , you will really regret it. And the worst part is MMT didn't take any action.

How pathetic is your service, we tried checking in around 2am today and hotel said you don’t have booking. Me and my family suffered whole night searching a hotel. How can you do this? i will be escalating this to social media and consumer forms shortly.

Very bad experience. Hotel check in staff was not hospitable and sounded doubtful of our booking both while checking in and check out. Breakfast was terrible and staff was not helpful to refill food. Needs lot of improvement in customer management

Extremely pathetic, poor room service, poor breakfast, poor bed quality even in suite room, bathroom was stinking, no response even on multiple call at reception, not even towels were given as they said they have ran out of towels in their hotel.

Horrible experience, i stay with family just for one night, staff is having different rude attitude, rooms and washrooms not cleaned from years, mosquitoes numbers are in 1000, supper chances of having malaria and dengue, phones are not working from years, food is terrible. Please do not stay in this ever

I have paid 7425 rs through make my trip advance ly while booking. Now i am vacating the room i got a final bill of 6630 rs from hotel management. While i enquired hotel management people said go and ask make my trip. How can i claim the balance amount. I lost 795 rs. Please revert immediately

Basic service like soap not provided even after multiple requests. Staff polite. Management suggested flexi breakfast due to Meenakshi temple visit which is good.
