Labana Hotel

It was a pleasant stay and beautiful view from room's balcony. Food and services were very good. There was sufficient parking space. I would recommend this stay for others as well.

The room rent was very expensive and the TV in the room is placed on the left side of the bed. They don't even provide a room heater until you ask. The location is very good, but it doesn't have a lift; we have to climb the steps. The faculty there is very helpful. I think I will not be charged more for the room I received.

I had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the property was clean, and the food was good. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you to the hotel staff for taking care of us.

I stayed at Labana Hotel for 2 days. The hotel is located right on the main road, making it easy to access nearby places. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the property offers a nice view as well. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay.

Stay in Labana hotel, at Cherrapunji(presently called Sohra)was quite satisfactory. The room was large and the hotel has a good ambence.The hotel served good food at reasonable price.

The receptionist was being rude and treated me disrespectfully when I try to ask about the room inclusivity which wasn’t provided. She even accused me of harassment. Very poor hospitality. Never going to that hotel again.

We had booked a Mountain View room and the view was amazing and Food was also so good, Not expecting that quality

The hotel was a major disappointment for me. Basic facilities were poorly maintained, with lack of amenities. Considering the high price, the experience felt like a rip-off. Definitely not worth the cost, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting decent standards. Very disappointed with the lack of lunch options at this hotel. Only dinner option was available. However, one thing was appriciable that the hotel staffs were cooperative.

Room are not in good condition example bathroom tiles brake, shower tap brake also service quality very low.
