In short, they made me want to come back. I arrived knack red and sorely disappointed after a missed international flight and a very Long sleepless day night. The rest of my family had had a planned day's rest already to acclimatize. I was able to unwind relatively quickly and the Ladakh Sarai Resort planned for us a very appropriate tour for that evening and for the next two days. We were allowed by the Ladakhi people's genuine hospitality and simplicity. They arranged for us an extremely knowledgeable driver and I don't think there was any question we asked that he didn't have an answer to. I learnt so much about the region from him. The food was great, the service was spectacular. The view from my room was lovely. The only negative I would mention is that I didn't like the fact that the wash-basin was located outside and not within the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was good all the way. I've come to totally adore this district and am definitely coming back at some point to explore more.

I have been to many five star Ladakh Sarai Resorts Around the world but I have never received the services and hospitality like Ladakh Sarai. This was my best experience till now, right from super early check in to complimentary breakfast, high tea and dinner, providing service to the fullest. They do really treat customers like god. The staff was super helpful in giving directions, helping us book the car for the trip and also suggesting some offbeat locations. Mr. Jigmet is an amazing guys who fulfilled all our needs during our stay at Ladakh Sarai. Thank you Ladakh Sarai, I recommend every luxury traveler to stay at your Resort.

This was the best Ladakh Sarai Resort in our entire Ladakh stay. Very close to nature and away from the hustle. The Ladakh Sarai Resort is however away from the main City and you need transport to get there. The Ladakh Sarai Resort staff is highly responsive and courteous. We stayed at the chalet room and it was indeed one of the best stays in the mountains I have ever had.

We travelled as a couple and the Resort is beautiful, with flowers all Around. We find the staff really helpful and kind, in the way they treat the guests. The only downside will be the phone internet connectivity.
