Best rooms as always, heartbreaking to see the front property damaged and hope the legal matter is resolved asap as it’s hampering a very beautiful property

Excellent service and very courteous staff who are always ready to serve and catering all our needs, property has a very authentic portugal essence

The property is having huge area. But the pool. Common pool table etc has not been cleaned and is full of fallen leaves. Dusting, sweeping has not been carried out in this area for around a year it seems. The rooms are very extravagant in size. However you would always feel spoky. Since lots of ants. Lizard. Etc are in your room. Bedding and pillows are not washed since long.

Well maintained and nice ambience. The staff are really cooperative. Food is also good. Truly nature friendly atmosphere.

Cockroach and ant not the bed, have complain to make my trip but nothing and nobody take action. And now you ask for the review

The room by itself was pretty good and would have been splendid if it was maintained properly. But the disappointment was all insects in the room, one blanket worm stuck to our pillows was an eye sore. And then caterpillars on the roof top and on the floor. The place overall in terms of infrastructure was good unkempt and had a goth feel. Good hosts at their restaurants and reception. Such a good infrastructure but not maintained, with awesome spacious rooms, high ceilings. But what’s the use?

The stay was pleasant and the aminties are all good

The hotel provides most of the basic amenities but the main drawback is lack of room service. The rooms are spacious and clean. It has A well kept swimming pool and A good restaurant. Some of the staff are very helpful and they arranged vehicles for us. The Beach is quite far A walk from here. You can go here if you want A Country retreat. It is peaceful and quiet and secluded from the happening parts of Goa.

Everyone in staff is so well behaved. Kusumati didi is so sweet. This place is only meant for people with a taste of life. It's not very high tech but it will touch your soul for sure.

Horrible stay, rooms were smelly, there was a huge grill with a big hole in the room inviting altogether more and more mosquitoes. Staff misbehaved in the middle of the night without being apologetic about it. The owner had no clue about what was happening in his own hotel. We had to cancel our bookings and find a new hotel at the last minute.

As it is a country side like resort and lot of greenery is there. It attracts insects. So that should be looked upon.

Location, it’s really inside but you can find taxi outside and the beach is near by so that’s the best thing about it. Food was too scared to order as the hotel is not at all clean including the rooms full of insects cobwebs etc. Services were the house keeping guy was patient as we called him many times and he would always come with a smile However the reception staff called us many times on our check out date, asking for money as if we are going to run away or something.
Well it is a horror tale. Snake was the only reptile we didn’t encounter rest we saw all the others you can imagine including frogs in our bathroom. They had insects flying from every direction and stuck on the ceiling. We had to call the house keeping a hundred times to clean up. The blankets smelt like it hasn’t been changed from a year or so. There were cobwebs in the room. And the flush wouldn’t stop after flushing. The Ac would turn on after two minutes you press the button to on, hence you don’t know if it’s on or not, so you stand there looking at it like what to do now and there are many more things, never ever coming back to this one, one word horrible.

The rooms were big enough but full of woolly bear, caterpillar all over the place and the swimming pool was really dirty. No one would ever want to get in it. Overall my stay could have been much better.

Great place! A cute boutique hotel with excellent food and amazing staff. The place has a chilled out vibe and is laid out beautifully. Highly recommended!

Rooms: Pros- An old-day rustic charm. Beds with conical mosquito nets are extremely attractive. Antique looking mirrors and copper basins add to the beauty. Cons- Doors could have draught seals or aluminium door sweeps beneath them to stop that unwanted grasshopper or frog to creep through into the rooms. Cobwebs on the ceiling don't necessarily add to the beauty. I badly missed the luggage rack. The Swimming Pool: Pros- Huge and curvy! Accommodates a volleyball court. Cons: You get 'blue' soles

Excellent location as it's close to the beach as well as feels like within a jingle. Good ambience, clean and well maintained. Would like if the people serving there would smile a bit more. Overall a great place to stay.

Place is simply great and so is hospitality. Although I went in rains but the service was awesome. Rooms are really huge and the facilities are up to the mark. Great relaxing venue, I would love to stay there again.

I booked from MMT, hopeless service and didn't get any refund from MMT as they don't have time to solve this case shamefull service from MMT tv not working luzards all over the room very un hygenic hotel with the staff they don't kniw how to talk its a shame to stay back hear
