Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern

The Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern is located in front of the famous dal lake. Would recommend booking lake view room for maximum benefit. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is always prepared fresh and is great to taste. Special thanks to shakier bhai at the restaurant who took care of all the special addition to the food we asked while in the restaurant.

Hotel is opposite dal lake, however a bit far from main dal gate. I would like to thank raju(forgetting name) "the security guard. He went out of his way to help us showing true beacon of hospitality. Overall, Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern and service are good, with a scope of some improvement. It's a bit far from main market.

We loved the Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern ambience and food very much. The location is little far from shikara but it didnt matter as we got good hospitality from all the Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern crew members. Got small issue in the room and they gave us different room with lake view without any additional cost.

lake view not properly from my room no 204 and Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern is not in market , room dining not allowed but when I request they give dinner in my room…if you don’t have own vehicle not book this..can suffer for food and local transport facilities….

Overall had a very good experience staying in this Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern. They have very good facilities and location is very good, close to dal lake and nishat garden. Heating system and food is also pretty decent. Location:9/10 food:8/10 hygiene:8/10

In mm t it was mentioned there are ac rooms however the acs here were not functioning. The Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern said they have mentioned non-ac rooms, it must be a glitch from the app’s side. Apart from that rooms were good and staff was polite.

This Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern lake avenue is very good place for family people to stay fully safe good location peaceful location infront of lake. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Clean and hygienic place.

The stay was pleasant. The staff is very much helpful and always attended our requests. The hygine, food, ambience everything was nice. We loved our stay here with family. Looking forward to revisit.
