It’s been a good trip. Good, helpful staff. Good, clean rooms. Good location. Good Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern - Dal Lake. Only problem was electricity supply. It’s not affecting this Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern - Dal Lake but everyone around. Hotel management must find a way to have continuous nonstop availability of services such as hot water and room heating.

The location of the Lake Avenue by Stay Pattern - Dal Lake is along the backside of the dal lake, crowded free peaceful area. The rooms are spacious with clean bathrooms. The breakfast was good. I stayed here for two nights, with my family in two premium deluxe rooms. The persons at the desk, arshad and altaf, were very helpful. We enjoyed staying here.

Location is at perfect place. In room dine-in not available and kitchen timing is not travel friendly because breakfast opens at 8:30 am.

Location ideal to visit nishat, shalimar bagh, botanical garden, chashma shahi, pauri mahal, shikhar ride. Food okay, services average.
