Lake Canopy Alleppey

Stayed at the property for 2 nights from 21/11 to 23/11. Front desk staffs were very friendly and polite. Check-in was smooth and took only a few minutes. Our room was upgraded to lake view one. Room was very spacious and well appointed too, bathroom spotlessly clean and pretty big in size. The view of the lake from property is pretty decent, nothing breathtaking. Requests were attended with swiftness all the time. Food here requires special mention. One of the quality food I have had in the recent times. Be it continental/North Indian/South Indian, all of them were well above our expectations. Breakfast spread was good too. Wi-fi speed was just ok, connectivity was good though. All staffs, from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant, all greeted us with a smile and were always ready to extend any assistance required. Please keep up the good work. I do recommend this to all families for a perfect weekend getaway.

Undoubtedly it was the best stay in our 6 days kerala honeymoon trip. Location a bit interior but totally worthwhile when you reach. Reception area is well decorated with each item has been chosen tastefully. Constructed on the theme of backwater the property has its own lake where you do paddle boating & get a feeling of venice tour. Also they have a large large infinity pool where you can take stunning sun-kissed instagramworthy photos. Staffs are polite extremely helpful which will make your staycation more memorable. We stayed in the private pool villa which is huge, had a pool with jacuzi of its own. It made us overwhelmed when we checked in. Breakfast buffet spread was huge with variety of choices. Also they have live counter for some preparation. All items are tastefully done & served with garnish.

Great time spent with family. Resort is next to the lake punnamada, you can have good views of the backwaters from your room. Resort is small with limited rooms but enough open space to keep you engaged. Good swimming pool, big lawns and sports to keep yourself engaged. There is a small canal which gets water from the backwaters of punnamada lake where you can enjoy paddle boating. My son enjoyed a lot as he could do fishing, boating, swimming and lot of other things. Of the 2 days we booked, we didn't go anywhere and remained in the resort and enjoyed the facilities there. In the evening resort also arrange complimentary tea in the lawns which is so refreshing and nice gesture from their side. Will recommend it to my family and friends for sure.

We stayed in Premier room in this month for a day. Stay was memorable. Hotel and the big room was very neat and clean. Very nice property and photogenic from all angles.The Lake Canopy Alleppey offered complementary boat ride. Its half an hour till 4 pm. Food in the restaurant was very delicious. Tapan took good care of our food interest and chef made it great. Complementary breakfast was good with good variety, Part of backwater run through Lake Canopy Alleppey premises. We did pedal boating in it. Bicycles are kept for cycling. Very nice lake view from room. Mr. Baiju was very helpful.

We had one day family stay in this resort. Booked three rooms. The entire resort is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious including the bathroom and all toiletries were available. All the kids enjoyed the pool. There was no complimentary boat ride as the boat was having some complaints, it seems. There were plenty of options for activities within the resort like cycling, badminton, indoor games, pedal boats etc that we didn't leave the resort in between. The food was ok, but could be much better and the prices are on higher side, especially snacks, tea, juices etc. Overall I will recommend this to anyone without any hesitation.

This is one of best resort I must say. This is 4 km before the town on the lake. Once you entered the resort, hospitality will start with very good staff and keep going until you checked out. My room was very huge. My room was lake facing and a big garden in front of my room. Facility wise they have big swimming pool badminton court paddling boat lake boat ride etc. Well food wise somehow I am not comfortable as not much variety was for me rest all was fantastic. I really recommend this Lake Canopy Alleppey if you are planning to go.

We stayed at the garden view room, which was exorbitantly spacious but unfortunately misses some basic amenities viz, hair dryer, iron box, etc. The staffs at the Lake Canopy Alleppey were very supporting and cooperative. We enjoyed the outdoor activities(basketball, cycling, pedal boating. We got a complimentary breakfast which didn't ring a wow! bell in my mind. And finally the food was very much overpriced. There was not an ala carte for dinner but a buffet option which is exorbitantly priced

Lake Canopy is definitely a great place to spend the Weekend. Located at a very beautiful shore of backwaters, you can feel refreshed from all the rushes of city. Great ambience, well- behaved staff, delicious food, classy rooms what more you need! They provide complimentary boating. Apart from that there are activities like pedal boating, fishing etc. They have basketball and badminton court as well. If you have kids, they have a small playing area for them. Overall it's value for money.

We as a family stayed at lake canopy resorts for a day. They even upgraded our room as it was available, at no extra cost. The experience was wonderful. Food and amenities at the resort were very good. Customer service was appreciable. Except it seems like they are strict on the checkout time at the resort. Otherwise overall experience was super good.

The property is located against the picturesque backdrop of the famous vembanad lake. Every thing about it is laid back and calms you down right from the word go. Rooms are huge and have a minimalist roomy, airy design which is again very calming on the mind with no clutter. The ayurvedic massages were soul soothing. Kids will also enjoy the cycling, games, the pool etc. All in all a wonderful experience.

Stayed at lake canopy for one night. Wonderful lakeside property. Relatively new. Though small area wise, its a must stay place. Wonderful ambience, so calm and peaceful area, very big rooms, good food, cooperative staff. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Family trip to Alleppey with my 2 children. They enjoyed lot in the pool. I and my wife took spa. Food was excellent. But it was too costly. Value for money.

The room facing the river was specious. Their staff could have been more friendly though. Breakfast was good but other for lunch and dinner it is quite overpriced.

A real paradise for family outing with all amenities.

Good big rooms (Bath tub missing), clean premises, very good behaved staff, warm welcoming people, a good chef making good food.
