The location is nice, you can see the lake from the balcony/ master bedroom window. You can ask the staff to get food from the market for a nominal fee

groupThe house is not at all maintained. The bed sheets, towels had stains. The utensils were very dirty and the spices like salt and chilli powder were kept open, without any lid. You can not sit in the balcony because of monkeys. Otherwise the location was good and caretaker was helpful. Not worth the money.

The property is in terrible condition, absolutely no maintenance. The washroom stinks and sewer lines are clogged. Kindly don’t judge property by the pictures. When the same was told to the owner/manager of the property they did not even bother to be apologetic about it.

Did not go for the trip due to a medical emergency, the hotel management and owner are so money blinded that they refused to provide a refund. Terrible experience and extremely cheap and selfish behaviour displayed by the hotel management.

We had very comfortable and satisfying stay at the property. House keeping was good, special mention for amazing pankaj for his courteous and cooperative behaviour. To make stay more enjoyable i would suggest to install a set of box for cable tv programs

The property is locate quite far from the mall road. About 2kms of steep road, so walking down or up to the mall road is impossible. However the balcony and one of the rooms had a wonderful view of the lake and the trees nearby enhanced the ambience. The rooms were pretty good and so was the staff. Mr. Pushkar in particular was very helpful in facilitating the services. Also, please ask the property caretaker to at least have basic cable for tv. Overall i'd rate it 8/10.
