Extremely efficient and helpful staff

We were three girls only so we wanted to stay in a safe place and this Lake Gardens Resort was super good. The staff was extremely efficient n helpful plus when we were using the pool they made sure that we didn't feel awkward even once as the staff pal tried to give us our privacy. Also they helped us in arranging the boat ride. N the manager which I assume was the owner was so helpful in arranging everything right from food to boat rides to transport. Also the place is at a walk-able distance from the backwaters. And just 6 km away from the Beach. The rooms were clean and spacious so overall I would say this Lake Gardens Resort is Worth the price.

Room was neat and clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Receptionist charged Rs. 100 for one hour early check in. Breakfast was limited with only Idli and dosa but was tasty. The window had blinds instead of curtain which spoiled our privacy. They have to replace it. The boat jetty is at walkable distance but no good restaurants nearby. For food we have travel to at least 2 km.

Overall experience was good. One can enjoy the place with family and also resort is couple friendly. Breakfast is also good but for lunch and dinner one has to go to city every time. Boat ride is just 300 m away. Very close to Nehru Boat Race stadium and Finishing point. Ideal Lake Gardens Resort when someone is coming to see annual boat race.

Very nice location, friendly staff and very good value for money. Breakfast provided, got special rate and upgraded to AC room as well. It's not the star Lake Gardens Resort but will not disappoint you since it is value for money. Everything is just nice and sufficient to make you comfortable.

The location and the appearance of the Lake Gardens Resort is awesome. We liked our stay in the Lake Gardens Resort a lot. The staff at the Lake Gardens Resort were good in services. The room allotted was good with required amenities. There was no delay during check-in and check-out. The Lake Gardens Resort was worth for the more.

Rooms were very well furnished. Service was also very good. But no lunch/dinner facility. Mini swimming pool is there. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend to my friends about this Lake Gardens Resort.

Short visit with nice memories. Small yet soothing place. Rooms & bathrooms were very clean. Co-operative staff and good service. We paid for "room only" but were served complementary breakfast. Overall nice!
