As mentioned visit Munnar at this time awesome with rain and cloudy weather. Although reaching to Lake and Hills was a challenge on first day, but once you reach you will be heartily welcome with special tea. Place is awesome but bit far from Munnar. Rooms are good and well maintained but beds are little soggy, feels to be wet, might be due weather.Breakfast has nice variety but actual menu for lunch and dinner doesn't have variety so you might end up eat the same thing during your stay. Staff is really helpful and are every courteous which I liked the most. They arranged bonfire which was good and had a person to look after the fire which rear thing as most of the time you end up taking care of the fire so here you can relax. Last but not least the off road ride in the jeep at last was awesome. Just to say as improvement dry the beds, increase the variety in the menu, put medium size wiper in bathrooms, clean the pool regularly and put more sign boards or update google with correct route with a good road. Also, keep few service late in night.

Location is very remote and great place for getaway from your routine life. Swimming pool at this property is good and gave me great experience when I used it under heavy rain. It was raining heavily when I went there. Roads to reach property is very bad and it took me through an adventurous ride to reach here. Staff were very supportive. If anything need to be purchased, staff around there will help you getting it. Good stay.

Absolutely breathtaking place. Loved everything about the place starting from the hospitality to food and the rooms. Even to the road to the place wasn't good I wouldn't complain as we had the best off-roading experience there. 5/5 stay.

Excellent property location and we had a awesome experience. Road to the resort is bit rough. Food and service was great. The staffs were so humble and our total family enjoyed a lot. Thanks to the staffs. Highly recommended.

Visited second time to this resort. Improved a lot this time, new space for restaurant, swimming pool, food taste etc. Ofcourse supporting staff too. Nice resort with reasonable price.

Pretty difficult to locate and not great roads leading to it. Good breakfast and hospitable service guys do make up for it. Bit far from Munnar town which is almost 15 kms away from the resort. Overall good experience.
