View from the room was awesome but room condition was very bad tv was not working, kitchen area was not clean, both side tables was broken, switches was not working properly

The place wasn't clean. The refrigerator was unclean. The bathroom had water all over the floor. It wasn't cleaned for a while. Maybe because it is in lavasa where very less tourists come.

There is no cleanness too much dust and spider web wash bassem shock no room service too overrated and too much price changes for not so ok property and photos and actually property is too much different

Nice view, pleasent stay and hygienic rooms, reasonable price, provides all the kitchen utilities recommemded for others to stay here, i will visit these property again

Property location is good but flat was not clean properly. It has old bed and sofa and curtains, bedsheets.

The apartment is very well located and moderately furnished. It has crockeries along with basic utensils and conduction oven. For food you need to procure from outside. They have scope of improvement on cleanliness. You need to persuade the care taker for basic cleanliness of the apartment.

I was paid for apartment but it was not c line and not maintain properly, they show in photos totally different room and when we enter in room durty smell came from room and under the apartment water drops come from wall and its wet the floor

1. Rooms has cockroaches 2. Ac, tv, fridge was not working 3. No toiletries and towels were provided 4. When asked for complementary water bottles they said you can drink tap water, it’s corporation water 5. Bed linen were used 6. There was issue with the mcb board and every 15 mins the master switch was dropping and we had to again turn it on. This happened for entire night and we didn’t got to sleep. 7. You customer care did not resolved anything and just provided me with 600 rs coupon even after calling them and explaining the issues multiple times.

Terrible stay. No service. Changed location of stay without informing me, unhealthy, unhygiene, no cleans of bed. No ac. Cigarette buds, alcohol bottles, food pieces were lying everywhere. As there were dark, we somehow stayed there without any complaints one night, the owner has promised to give some discount due to problems faced by us. But not given after so many calls messages

The room was not properly cleaned. There were many cockroaches. The water heater was not heating water properly.

Cockroaches were found. Kitchen was not equipped. Basic things such as spoon were not kept. Room was not cleaned and it’s not same as shown in the photo

Location - excellent. The view from the window is one of the best in lavasa. Awesome! safety - lavasa is generally safe. Property is on the main street, which makes it very safe. Food - property does not provide food. We need to choose/find our own food or cook in the room using induction cooker. Hygiene - the only negative feel i have about the property. The studio owner need to make sure his caretaker gives lot more care to that. Not at all happy with that and need for basic amenities like toilet acessories, soap, which was empty in some old broken dispenser, old junk stored in cupboards, washroom cleaning accessories kept wayward, etc.

The hygiene was poor, there was a musty smell, no liquid soap in the bathroom, paints were peeling off

property photos showing wrong. When we arrived at the location we found that property photos shown and real is different. The owner said that the property which shows and real are different. When we show the property it's all different. The bathroom is not hygienic as expected. The toilet seat was broken and all the towels provided were dirty. The bad-sheet and cousins were not white and clean. Only one charging shocket and tv is not working. Mosquitoes window is broken. The floor was not clean and there was no dustbin in the room. And more things that lavasa city is now 90% closed hence you may rarely find good food to eat.

The place is decent. The care taker comes if you call them. We are two woman and did not feel too safe as the apartment had very few ppl due to diwali and there is no security in this particular block. The owner was very responsive and the care takers extremely helpful. Very good view to lavasa lake. Excellent view and food is easily available as there are many shops which delivers. Good got water available. Induction cooker for quick cooking and minimals. Fridge to store food. What is missing : iron box, water filter.

Door lense was broken. Kitchen was not clean. All the photos provided by owner are fake. No balcony as described by owner in photos and kitchen was not clean. Old socks found in table which were used by someone. Food was as it is on dining table which was used. Terrible service

Didn't like the stay at all. 1st, the room was supposed to be on eatology side, but was changed(upgraded) to other side of lake. Room didn't have handsoap(even during covid times, so i had to buy it myself, then room didn't have even a trash basket. Bed was without bedsheets, which the owner said he will get it arranged but that never came. Bathroom bucket had a used condom, which shows the room was cleaned before handover to new customer. Further, the owner keeps your id(aadhar/dl etc) which was returned the day of my checkout. Tv was there but tatasky account was not recharged. Will not recommend this room to anyone going to lavasa. Better to stay at antarsikha retreat

The washroom was untidy. Very poor facility of TV. Untidy room.

The room was beautiful, but there was no proper facility of geyser and no proper service.

Nice room and Lake View room is awesome
