During my recent visit to nainital, i had the pleasure of staying at the lake view nature camp and i must say, it was a fantastic experience. The Lake View Nature Camp is located at a great height and it is a challenge to reach, secondly the food was below average. The only thing we enjoyed was the view and the camp as was hygienic and comfortable. The staff service was also very good. They were well behaved, caring and were always available. There is one thing to note, under the facilities section of mmt for this Lake View Nature Camp, bonfire is mentioned and which is usually provided by the Lake View Nature Camp itself but here they were charging for that and we had to argue with the owner and to mention it clearly on the facilities section that it is paid. Thought after an argument he agreed to provide it. Apart from this everything was perfect. So full marks to - camp, staff, pricing of the Lake View Nature Camp. Average rating to - the food including taste and quantity.

We stayed for 4 days and the stay was very warm and cozy. The food was very homely and delicious (especially their chilly chicken, biryani and chicken curry, it’s top notch) the camp was located at an elevated area which requires one to climb a lot of stairs so do keep that in mind, but the view of the lake is very much worth it. The tents are well maintained and give a good camp like feeling. The staff is well versed with local tourist attractions and are very helpful and cooperative. My suggestions would be to maybe provide a shower in the washroom and focus a bit more on the cleanliness part. But again, over all a very nice pleasant stay for someone looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city! go for it.

Hotel was good, had a good view of the lake. Have bugs and insects flying in the room. Most hated part was the from parking we had to climb really up through stairs which really made me and my family tired. We went in the room for two times in a day, one for going out and coming in. We avoided frequent going out of the room as this was very tiring. No fan was in the room. Had to ask for table fan in the morning. Best part, beding was very comfortable, had hot water access, room service was quick and good. Food prices was on little higher side so we avoided eating food in the Lake View Nature Camp. But they really helped me providing milk to my son who is 2 years old. Overall good experience. Thank you

This has been an wonderful stay i had. Specifically i wanted to mention about the good first and then the improvement areas. 1. Tents are big and specious. All tents are at a position from where one can see the beautiful naini lake. 2. Food quality is very good and on time. Rates are very reasonable. 3. Staffs are just super. They are supportive and always with a smiling face. As i checked out at 3am, i got support from them during that time also. The only improvement that they can focus car parking, however, something can not be fully controlled considering the natural scope that they have. Overall a great experience

The Lake View Nature Camp has tent style accommodation and is exactly as it is shown in the images. However guests must be made aware that the approach to the Lake View Nature Camp is extremely steep and may be a terrible experience for people with leg issues or elderly. There isn’t any other alternative route. Apart from that the staff and owner are very supportive and generous. The overall experience was satisfactory except the part where we had to go and down at-least a 100 steps which were steep.

We had 1 day stay there in xl tent. Pros -the lake view is awsome. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tent is nice and comfortable with required amenities. Cons- you need to climb up a lot to reach to this place, if you dont have have own vehicle. The restaurant food is good but took lot of time to serve as shortage of staff. In our case, the previuos guest did not check out on time so we got the tent late by 45 minutes.

It was a nice stay. Picturesque location with a good view of the lake. Only issue could be reaching the place as its 600m uphill which is quite steep. Could be difficult for someone who learn t driving recently. Service was good, but could be more prompt.

All over is good. Only & only one issue is that. The location of property. The property is on very high slop& no facility available for going up & down for going to mall road you have to take the 100- 130 stairs to go up & down. You can come up & down only once a day. Arrive with your personal car its very difficult to take car at camp. Due to very very high slop

Camp located at a steep elevation only a experienced driver can reach the location by car. Lake views are great from the camp. Hygienic and clean camp. Food is average

Accomadation in tent house is a unique india in Lake View Nature Camp! nainital lake view was marvellous! staff is very good! food was good! enjoyed the stay there fully! very calm and peaceful!

The tent is in an excellent location with a great view of the nainital lake and close to mall road. The caretakers were really nice and the food was also very good. The tent is very well maintained which made for our comfortable stay. We enjoyed our family time at this location!
