LakeRose Wayanad Resort

We were hesitant to book this resort for two reasons: 1. We have a one year old baby with us and prefer homestays and BNBs with her for ease of cooking, feeding and playing space 2. It was Christmas time and LakeRose Wayanad Resort was fully booked so were expecting crowd and slow service. I must say we weren’t disappointed at all! The LakeRose Wayanad Resort was fully booked yet the service was impeccable. Starting from the room, we had a lake view room and the room size was perfect for my daughter to run and play around! The mattress was super comfortable and the highlight was definitely the lake-facing balcony. Moving on to food, the service was good (little slow and food often used to be cold by the time it reached the room) but the taste was excellent! Price was also reasonable (neither expensive not cheap). After a long time I’ve had such a yummy manchow and hot and sour soup (definitely recommend). Next would like to mention about the property, it was very well maintained, lot of greenery, benches, swings and again pool was the highlight (we couldn’t get into the pool as we didn’t know the weather would be so hot during day time). Lastly the staff was so so hospitable. My daughter loved spending time at the resort and this is definitely going to be a go to place for us and our family in future visit to Wayanad. Oh, one important point I missed is how wonderful the staff was with my daughters meal, they readily prepared everything and anything needed for her food, be it khichdi, dosa or omlette. This was the biggest advantage of this resort as the food preparation was hygienic and I didnt have to worry about her meals

I got a message from mr. Jobish one day before my arrival at the LakeRose Wayanad Resort for any sort of support. We got a nice welcome with a scenic view from the shores of karapuzha dam reservoir. The weather was excellent and the panoramic view of the picturesque lake was a cherry on the cake. I stayed there for 2 days. The rooms are quite bigger for 2 persons or 2 and a half (in case you have a child to accompany. The view of the lake is right from the balcony and the window where the dinner table is placed. All the amenities are operational, we explored the pool and the lake view from the pool was equally breathtaking. The place is safe and not very remote from the main road. The LakeRose Wayanad Resort staffs are courteous. Room service is good, we got the order within 20 mins. The restaurant was clean and the ambience was good, we thoroughly enjoyed the morning breakfast. The breakfast menu was ok, the food satisfied the taste buds well. In fact we got everything the way we expected. The only negative part of what i can think of is the door handle of the room balcony which troubled us a little, except that everything else was sooooo good. We definitely want to revisit the place.

We had an amazing time in lakerose wayanad resort. It is a beautiful and peaceful property nestled in the midst of greenery with an amazing infinity pool. We stayed in the superior lakeview breathing walls room which offered a stunning view of the karapuzha dam reservoir with the western ghats in the background. The room was clean and very well maintained and the service was prompt and impeccable. The hospitality was amazing from the moment we entered the gates of the resort. All the staff were very friendly and courteous (special mention to nikitha from front desk and jobish, the general manager who were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The food was great and had many choices. Overall, the resort is amazing. Would definitely recommend it. P. S. The resort is within a walking distance from karapuzha dam adventure park & garden where there are many activities including kerala's longest zipline.

E had a marvelous time in lakerose wayanad resort located on the banks of karippuzha lake in wayanad. The whole resort including cottages, garden, landscaping and infinity pool have been conceived and visualized with beauty in mind. As a result, visitors will find their stay aesthetically pleasing, mentally relaxing and peaceful. The chirping of birds in the early morning and flock of dancing birds at sunset are the extra bonus. Don’t miss the sunrise when you can see the golden disc reflected in the placid lake shimmering and transforming the whole lake in golden hues. The staff ( esp nikita and shyam) are attentive, courteous and gracious. The chef anil is ever-ready to prepare tailor- made food depending on your needs. The breakfast has lavish spread that satisfies both continental and oriental tastes. Overall this was one of the best resort we have stayed so far.

Overall experience: nice relaxed environment for a family with good hospitality. Overall excellent experience. Great for family vacation. Stay: the resort has spacious rooms. We were a family of 3 and the room had comfortable space. Plus a balcony with a lake view. There are multiple activities (badmibton, tt, archery) that can keep the guests occupied. It has good positive vibes bcos of its land scape. Noteworthy is the pool which overlooks lake. Hospitality: the staff is very approachable and quick in service. Food: good tasty food. The breakfast had very good varietys which included local cusines. Location: located at the lake shore and near to sultan bathery hence easily reached as well. Note: the car being washed in the morning is a pleasant plus. Which normally is not done in other places. It feels nice to see your car washed in the morning.

great view from rooms. the hospitality is impeccable. the staff members are very welcoming and accommodating. the property is very clean and has a class to it.(should sooner or later be tagged atleast 4star for sure) we struggled to get decent north indian vegetarian meals in wayanad towns as everything had coconut gravy or coconut cream in it. however, when at lakerose, we got tasty and standard north indian food like dal tadka, chole bhature along with good vegetarian options in breakfast buffet too. another noteworthy thing is that they wash all the guest cars in their parking lot every morning, which we found to be a very sweet gesture as our car was very dusty being on road for days and seeing it shine after days instantly lifted our mood 😀. .. no

The route to the resort did not give us any hint. The majestic view of the lake unraveled only on entering the resort gates. The resort is right on the banks of the beautiful lake. The view from our cottage was just breathtaking. We booked two wooden grandeur cottages on the lakeside, for the family. The interiors were splendid and the gardens were well kept. The staff here were very courteous and friendly. The had a delicious mix of traditional and continental served for breakfast. Another thing to note is the adventure park, one of the best in kerala, just 200m from the resort. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and would definitely reccomend this stay - safe and enjoyable package for the families. Undoubtedly, one of our best resort stays yet!

Beyond 5 stars! Stayed day beforw at this wonderful resort. Everything exceeds ones wildest dream of a resort. The hospitality is quite outstanding and top notch. They have the most wonderful staff, extremely kind and helpful with every wish. This is indeed a place you do not want to leave, and when you do, it is with one hope – to come back! The service here at Lake Rose Wayanad Resort has just been fantastic; whatever we needed was brought to us right away. The LakeRose Wayanad Resort staffs anticipated all our needs in a very timely manner. The general manager Mr. Jobish Thomas was amazing, he has been most helpful throughout our stay there. The food was so delicious; the entire experience at Lake Rose Resort was exceptionally excellent!

Stay and property is awesome but as per food quality was not good. Rate is high as comparison to the quality.

It was a pleasant stay and the hosts hospitality is amazing had fun with our 1 and half year daughter in pool and had an amazing time to our surprise the car was washed also the next day morning before we were about to checkout and it created a very nice experience

It is a nice resort cool and calm. The staffs are very good and friendly. I loved the breakfast its simple and tasty. The food is less spicy which i loved as my daughter can eat it otherwise the food in kerala is quite spicy for my daughter. One of the best part is they wash the car of all the guests daily in the morning.

The property is located in a beautiful sonic location in the center as well. Well maintained, the management who runs this place knows the job well clearly. Breakfast was very good with enough and more varieties. Well balanced place. Value for money. We did not feel anything is overpriced.

One of the best resort i have visited till now. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer, the room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment, from the balcony, we could view the lake, total karala was covered at lake rose.

The location is incredible and the hospitality 5-star. The food was pretty good too. Totally recommended.

The stay was comfortable. All the staff were very courteous and highly professional. The property is vey well maintained and is very clean and hygienic. Everything from check-in to check-out was great. We had a very pleasant stay.
