Lakeside Chalet Marriott Executive Apartments

We had a good stay, the staff was very friendly especially the manager dipti, she made my kids feel very special. Amenities were good, the fact that we had access to westin pool, buffet was a good deal. The play room in the premise was very promising and my kids were thoroughly entertained there. Only thing that didn’t let me give a 5 star rating was the cleanliness of the room and the intercom to reception. The room floor was very sticky and needed a good mopping and the numerous requests at reception and to staff to send house keeping was cleaning wasn’t addressed well, and we had to spend our stay with our footwear on during the entire stay. Other thing the line to reception was always very busy and i couldn’t connect easily to address any issues or even order room service. Barring these couple of issues we had a great stay and would come again. Thank you

not done. my feedback👇🏼. nice resort but our room smelled of dogs having lived in. 1. excellent front desk staff. they even helped us by usuing their phone to book an uber cab while we paid for the same through google pay. 2. ⁠room cleanliness needed a lot to be desired. 3. ⁠looks like the the lakside mariott apartments is a pet friendly Lakeside Chalet Marriott Executive Apartments but deep cleaning of rooms needed to be done everyday. 4. ⁠loved the idea that one could have a meal at the westin instead of the lakeside mariott. 5. ⁠the buffet was just amazing at the westin. 6. ⁠overall good experience.

I completely enjoyed my stay here especially the food that i enjoyed at the lake view cafe. The team at lakeside is extremely professional and kind, all are needs we're catered to very promptly including a request for upgrading our room to the lake view one.

The stay was very delightful. Everyone was very accommodative. Also the food, dinner and breakfast was well thought tho and it had a really good spread. Overall a good stay, highly recommended and will definitely visit once again whenever possible.

Decent stay, check in was a little issue bcos systems were down. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Would have expected a king bed which wasn't. Slightly smaller apartments but staff and service otherwise was excellent.

The room is good and well appointed. the room is comfortable and the staff very helpful. small things like placing all items in their exact place shows how good the staff is. well done and keep it up.

Mea is a home away from home. Spacious rooms with all kitchen appliances. Perfect for family stays with kids. Courteous and helpful staff.
