great staff and experience and this is one of the properties with best lake pichola view and overall vibe was great and car parking is also available you just have to park car and rent a two wheeler here and explore more

Location was only good thing about the stay. You wont get any amenities mentioned. Eg: in the winter also they dont provide a simple kettle. Going with your family and expecting hot water for your kids food or for drinking will be a night mare. They have very limited staffs. And they just dont care about people who stay. All they care about is money. Staffs drink and wont be available before 9am. You have to go and bang the door for anything you need. Kitchen is very dirty. You wont get daily water bottles. It will be charged higher than market if you want. No room service. No one to clean the dustbins or change the bedsheets. Not recommended even for bachelors. Luckily they have geyser(the only good thing )

Pathetic services, they don’t have option for cars, cause you cant take your car to this property, they don’t have blankets, no buckets in the washroom, overall pathetic

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect for a walk around the city. And the view from the room was breathtaking.

Additionally, having the reception on the third floor was highly inconvenient and poorly communicated. 2. Room Amenities: The amenities listed in your description were not available in the room. This felt misleading and disappointing. 3. Breakfast Quality: The complimentary breakfast was extremely subpar, and the condition of the kitchen was unacceptable. Witnessing the kitchen’s unhygienic state made it impossible to eat the food. Shockingly, I observed staff cleaning washrooms also preparing food in the same space. Such practices not only breach basic hospitality standards but also pose serious health risks and it should be escalated to the local authorities and health department

Filthy area, no one at reception, actually no reception area. No basic amenities. When asked for bucket , provided with dirty bucket used for mopping. I cannot describe how bad my experience was. For everything I had to ask for. like nothing was their as basic ammenty. MMT should not give it high rating at all. Not at all recommended. Hotel need to change the staff and be serious about attending the guests.

No towel, no soap, nothing to keep your luggage or have food. Just a bed and a toilet. Badly maintained premises. Avoid.

The service is extremely poor. The breakfast takes hours to be prepared, communication is almost non existent. The only reason I selected this place was because its next to lake and has one of the best views of City Palace, Taj palace hotel and jagmandir island. unfortunately, the service is poor, heavily understaffed. Food was good but just took hours to be prepared every single time. And sometimes, after an hour or so, they would say they are out of supplies and ask for new order. Again time consuming.

There is a bad management team also less careful about customer experience about rooms and other servers
