Lakeview 2 BHK Apartment

Location is good. Rooms are spacious

property, the flat was good but bath towels were not clean enough for using. The Bedsheets also should be fresh washed. overall opinion satisfactory.

The house was well lit and well maintained. Kitchen had every necessary utensil available for stay, it even had RO, Gas and stove, mini fridge, electric kettle etc. Bathroom had Gyeser. The view from the balcony was top notch, it felt so surreal being there. I loved the stay. The only problem was Honey bees, many bees entered the house from the balcony and window due to light. We called Bapu the care taker to help and he helped us remove them. It was overall a great experience. Loved the stay! Thank you

Overall great place for family to stay. Very nice view. . Room is well maintained and well connected to market. Loved the stay.

I am still waiting for my refund

Flat is average but no any caretaker available there only one room. Have ac show air conditioner means fully ac only one person come and open and go he tell not know anything more mr is not caretaker his wife is owner of this flat.

Calm and serene location. Nice for relaxing. Good place to take a break from the routine life. Good options for food as well.

Good stay but lift is not maintained other wise house was good space and proper maintained

The place is good but the lift is not working properly and the staircase is also not clean it is very dirty i cannot recomme any one to for this place in future

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Bapu is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all hé know about the area. Only one negative point is that apartment does not have wifi connection otherwise We had a great stay!

The whole complex is not maintained. It's a small 1. 5 bhk and only 1 bath. You cannot have 1 bath in 4 people it's extremely misleading to call it 2bhk. There is seepage and paint peeling off. Seemed expensive for a property. The only good thing was view from gallery.

It is just like a village this room is in bldg which is not good option for vacation very bad experience no place to explore

Don’t expect as shown in pics

1st- we are not updated for the prior intimation of 2 hours before reaching, so we have to wait until the guesthouse keeper came. 2- flash inoperative due to no water has to go through terrible bucket process 3- hot water not available after a couple of hours the guesthouse keeper realized the knob for hot water supply has been closed.

Overall a good stay, recommend property

No care taker. No bath towels. Maid was so rude and main thing lift was not working so we have to carry luggage upto 2nd floor. Locks was not working properly

all was good but at day of checkout i got to know that this flat is illegal there are board everywhere that flats room cant b rented that was terrible

Room looks great with all the facilities

Below average apartment 1. Apartment was not well maintained, lift was not working 2. It was not clean, provided towells were very dirty, for daily cleaning they charge inr 200. 3. Watersuply in bathroom was not proper, only shalower was working 4. Though we went by cab still they charged inr500 as parking charge during entry at lavasa, we told them cab is not going to park anywhere it only drop us and go, still they did not allow us to enter and apartment owner did not help in this situation. 5. Overall whole lavasa is not maintained, after 7pm it seems we are staying at junglee alone, not enough options for food, not a single option for kids playing, only one walking street is the main attraction which is also not maintained and clean. 6. Found only one good thing, that is weather but one can get this weather anywhere like lonawala, khandala, mahabaleshwar etc.
