MMT, you cheated me. The hotel was not informed about my booking due to which I had to stay somewhere else. You are big cheaters .. When I told the customer service last over phone, she was more into " sir booking confirm Kar rahi who main I have to confirm your check in". Executives to dhang ke rakho. Aadhi raat ko doosra room dhundna is not easy.
