Lakshmi Residency

Very nice Lakshmi Residency and its very centrally located from where you can access any place very easily. Restaurants, medicine shops, Sbi atm, main road, market and beach very near. Cost of Lakshmi Residency is cheap and really a place where u can spend quality time with family.
Best place to reside. Everything is very close as it centrally located. All shops were very near including food, medicine, sbi atm. Room is ok for couple who prefers to roam places rather than sitting idle in Lakshmi Residency. WiFi is good, lift facility, hot and cold water, newspaper, cleaning is good, Lakshmi Residency staff is very coordinating, payment through swipe is available, my stay was for 3 days and it costed me only rupess in total which eventually helped me to spend money in tour to visit all places. Ola auto provides a good facility here, only 45 rs maximum is charged every time wherever you go within 4 kms. All peoples in vskp are really sweet and cooperative.

We checked in to the Lakshmi Residency room without any hassle. Hotel location is at center place and well connected. The ac deluxe room was good but bathroom condition needed improvement with respect to the door condition. The bed, tv, ac, cupboard were in very good condition. Cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. Room service was very prompt and neat. The staff behaviour was very descent and submissive. We had a smooth and comfortable stay. The check out was equally hassle free.

Excellent room and room service, and very nearest to railway station, room rate so budget friendly, room cleanness is so good and staff behavior is very nice. Wash room desine are so excellent and hygeni and very nearest to ambica junction and food stol but i don't like one think four wheelers parking is not a viable we are facing very problem for parking.

Facilities are very poor. Only Bath soap and very old towel was provided. No shampoo, others etc. Room was smelling bad. Bed sheet was formed and stained. I asked for 1 hour extra time while check out. They have not given me that time. Each and every Lakshmi Residency provides minimum 1 hr extra time if requested by customers.

Very good Lakshmi Residency, Situated at a good location where we had bigbazar and RTC near by, there were lots of Lakshmi Residencys nearby, service was good enough which would satisfy you. You would get what you wish to get from the Lakshmi Residency by choosing this one. Overall a good budget Lakshmi Residency.

I stayed in this Lakshmi Residency with my family for 5 day. Room service is excellent, the behavior of the staffs are praise worthy. We have come to this Lakshmi Residency during the time of Corona pandemic but in this severe position Lakshmi Residency management assured us for all kind of help.

The Lakshmi Residency is near the complex and it takes only 10 minutes from Station and it is at center of the City. Staff behavior was also good. Need to change shower except that everything was good enough. Their is no restriction for outside food, that was good for foodies.

Location is good, facilities were okay and rooms were up to the mark. The staff were helpful and the food was great. The strategic location of the Lakshmi Residency was what attracted me the most ... It was very convenient getting transportation. In the end it was worth it.

Room was very neat and clean, location of Lakshmi Residency was awsum, facilities also very nice. I felt very relax in that Lakshmi Residency ... All things were available around that and two times I went their ... And I feel very good their

Ac was working. Just beside the market area. The bathroom could be better. Bed was good. Towel and soap provided.

Everything is good. No problem from management. When we reach the Lakshmi Residency they provide boy to bring the food. It's near to RTC complex, movie theater.

Nice stay best room services till i experienced

I had a long stay in the city so that I need access to all areas and I got the best one in the budget room service was excellent they changed bed sheets daily and they have covered all my needs at best price. Love it

An excellent Lakshmi Residency to stay. Had a great time in the Lakshmi Residency. Excellent staff. Good room & excellent service ... Room size also big. Bit improvement needed on the cleanliness side. Overall a good 1 ...

Not very far from Vishakhapatnam railway station. 5 min in auto. So location wise good. Rooms are also good in this price. Hotel staff are friendly. But no restaurant. Not a problem though, as good quality food is available very nearby. So all good more or less.
