Great stay feels like a dream location

Lala guest house location is amazing.. but definitely needs lot of attention to the neatness.. the toilet was stinky which made it difficult to be in the room without room freshner.. The service was good.. Shaan was always there trying to help us with any requirement. Food is good.. since there's a restaurant with the place, there's food anytime..

Our stay at la-la guest and restaurant is a scenic one and the food is awesome. I need to especially mention the hospitality of mr. Imtiaz is quite humble and friendly. I would say this is the best stay we had in our entire trip. Thanks to imtiaz

We paid 5500 for the room, it was very small and conjusted. Geyser and tv both were not working. The cleanliness and neatness of the rooms and restaurant was below expectations. The hotel manager was extremely arrogant and showed us lot of attitude. He also banged the door on us once. This is not just with us but with fellow travellers as well who were staying there, he was behavind as he was doing us a favor when serving food orders. Food quality was ok-ok. The only thing good about the property is the view and location at which it is at. But 5500 per night for a 1star experience was not worth it at all.

Let's get to the point. You should stay here if the following points apply to you: 1) you're not a millionaire who is willing to spend 16-20k per day on a luxurious hotel. 2) you want to stay at a scenic place rather than a packed up one (even if the later is more convenient) 3) you like hot food that's cooked for you right then and there 4) did i mention it's scenic? just to get my point across, there were other guests coming to this place to take pictures and have picnics

The hotel was too good. Its location is exactly in between the valley. 10/10 for location, view from the window was excellent. The staff was so generous, amazed by the hospitality of people there. Special mention to imtiaz bhai, he is such a kind and welcoming man. He made sure that our stay was amazing. Book it to make your stay memorable.

Very good guest house and view point. Food quality and staff behaviour was excellent. Our children enjoyed a lot.

You hv to walk 500m to reach to the property. Cleanliness was poor. Poor service. Rude staff. Never choose this property

It was good stay, we included dinner also in our package but it was not showing in the voucher so it was disappointing on make my trip part, otherwise breakfast was nice, staff too was cooperative.

Washroom window has no lock room lock is slightly loose whole night hotel staff was standing outside our room which is little scary power cut issue no hot water available no heater no electric blanket was provided food is good.

Food is best, behavior of staff is very friendly, very near to club.

Hotel looks old, very weak in condition amenities and location is not convenient too. Food was good.

Overall good as guest house, friendly atmosphere, food quality very good, near to gondola ride, valley view is good

I booked this resort after seeing it as 3 star rated. However while going there i regret my decision of sending almost 5k rupees. This doesn't even deserve @ 1 star rated except the staff is very helpful obviously if they are getting such a huge amount for minimal services. Even they don't have any cab service to pick up guests from the taxi stand which anyone would expect after spending 5 thousand. I would not recommend this property to anyone at such a high price. It is worth maximum 2k for a night stay. Very much disappointed with the price i have paid for this

Very nice owner to talk decent location but poor room quality starting with broken dressing glass, broken window glasses ( was not a big concern for me in summer) i checked in 5 hours late still room prepartion was very poor, blood stained bed sheets ( not able to get a neat and clean one after trying 6 different bed sheets) towel stains, u can see bad patches on them morning upto 8 am (after that i left hotel) no service to provide even water bottle. No one in reception to help and by oneself you have to pick water bottle by searching for it its not any homestay its a small lodge kind of place with soft spoken people who are very less proactive

Service was very good. Food was great and location is pune excellent. Must visit place when visiting gulmarg
