Lali Petals

We booked three 1BHK apartments at Lali Petals and arrived at night. Initially, we had difficulty reaching the contact number, but thankfully, the SMS worked, and we were able to get in touch. There was some confusion during check-in, and due to an elevator malfunction, we had to change to an apartment on the first floor, which was challenging for our group, especially with senior citizens. However, the staff were friendly, patient, and welcoming, and the situation was eventually resolved. We believe the confusion was primarily due to communication issues. It would be helpful if guests were informed about such situations in advance, which could make the check-in process smoother, particularly when traveling with children and elderly persons. The apartment itself was good, spacious, and clean, with a lovely view of Coorg town from the balcony. The facilities were commendable, though it would be great if the sofa set could be kept a bit cleaner. The location was excellent—close to Raja’s Seat and very peaceful. The front office staff also arranged breakfast from outside, which was quite enjoyable. Despite the initial hiccups, our stay was pleasant overall. We would definitely consider returning if a few minor improvements are made. Thank you, MMT and Lali Petals, for making our stay wonderful.

Pleasant stay, peaceful location. Very responsive and polite host and staff. Checkin and checkout was quick and hassle-free. Room and bathroom are very clean. Bed is warm and comfortable. Geyser for hot water works perfectly. Best value for money property if sightseeing is your priority than relaxing in a resort/stay. The view of Madikeri from the property ( balcony/ dining section) at nights and mornings is mesmerising and should not be missed. Breakfast was very tasty. Would rate 10/10 for entire stay experience.

The stay is good. Some of the flats have very good view of the city, but some of them do not. We got one with great, other with no view. The flats are well maintained, very spacious. The breakfast should be improved. They buy from outside restaurants and mostly the food become cold and soggy when served. Kitche facility is must needed.

It was raining all the time while staying in madikeri. The property location has excellent view with rain and fog, it's a unique experience. I got 2nd floor 1bhk. It's clean and has power backup and hot water available. Breakfast is served to room. With rain and all we didn't even have to use ac. Loved the stay.

Location is very good. One Lali Petals near by if you wish to have lunch dinner. Breakfast was complementary by Lali Petals but limited idli, dosa and tea not much choice. Amenities were ok. Service was good. Outside food is allowed via swiggy etc.

First of all it was a great gesture that welcoming water bottles and tea making premix sachets were there to refresh our mood after checking in. And then we were so happy with the rooms and very much liked the stay as it was in a very quiet place.

Very nice property at the heart of coorg. Near raja seat garden and well maintained service apartment. Big spacious rooms with kitchen & common area and balcony is a cherry on top. Would love to recommend stay with family & friends

The property is located on hill and also near by the city. Rooms were beautiful with a good view of the city. Rooms were clean, the people were very helpful with everything. 10/10 recommended.

Amazing stay with an amazing view. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only disadvantage was that there was no phone in the room to contact the reception. Rest everything was amazing.

The Lali Petals was nice. Kids enjoyed the stay and staff was courteous. The breakfast was not available at Lali Petals but they ordered from a nice Lali Petals.
