Lance 21

Location is good mosquitoes were there in the room services needs improvement, the check out timing is different from other properties they told that their check out time is 11 unlike other properties where it is normally 12. 00 other properties are flexible in extending the stay for at least couple of hours without changing anything but they are strict on the same however i was allowed to be in their lawn for couple of hours i asked the reception for assistance for operating the tv but no one turned up could not have the complimentary breakfast as the venue of the same was not informed properly - one of the reason could be the staff at the evening was on adhoc or temporary basis rooms were good, clean and spacious

Rooms are very nice & excellent to stay & staff is very polite. Morning breakfast with 6 to 7 items of menu & taste is also very good. Also only breakfast is available in lance 21 & for lunch & dinner nearby 4 veg restaurants are available including saravana bhavan, geetham veg, aachi veg restaurant, ab near in metro station, nei idle sambar & one more restaurant near to this. Very nice place to stay for vegetarians. For connectivity ashok nagar metro station is very near, walkable & t nagar also 3 to 4 kms good place for shopping. Totally excellent area & rooms to stay. I have stayed in chennai lance 21 for 3 days, writing this with my personal experience.

The property is in the center of the city, has a lot of restaurants nearby and doesn't have much of traffic noise. We had a great stay, the place was clean and cozy. Highly recommend this place. The property is very clean and is much better than a Lance 21. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was toooo good. The manager was really sweet, he made sure we got everything on time. Thanks team lance 21.

Land 21 is a excellent Lance 21, high luxury beds, high luxury washrooms, high luxury hall and we had enjoyed a lot. We feel we are in our own home. It’s amazing decorations. Very clean and green. Excellent balconies. Nice air quality also very good quality. We enjoyed a lot. We are a permanent decided to stay in land 21.

The property is in a prime location, providing easy access to shops and other essential services. Even for online deliveries, it takes just 10 to 15 minutes during busy hours, which is convenient. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, ensuring a comfortable stay

Location is good, rooms are near and clean. Very big in size. Helping staff. The only problem i faced, tv was of no use as channels were not available as no subscription was taken at all hence whole stay went without tv.

Pleasant stay. Room were spacious and bathroom cleaned. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Ee enjoyed. Overall experience was very nice.
