Landmark Hotel

I stayed in a room booked from make my trip. When I reached Landmark Hotel I found the room was very nice and as it was booked from net they provided me very nice room with full stadium view from window. While leaving next day I got a little late to vacate. I called them and told that I am outside and coming to Landmark Hotel and leaving room. The reception staff is the most well behaved person I ever meet. And she told me to come accordingly and leave. The room I left 1.30 minutes late but they charged nothing extra. Really its a nice Landmark Hotel with very good located in the city. I will love to come every time here only when I visit Guwahati

Their room service, food delivery and taste not up to the mark. Rates are also higher of fooding in it. They serve half cooked chicken in gravy which is priced so high. Their hot water supply system also is so old that the mechanical assistance team comes from Kolkata to solve the problems so it takes three to four days time in the month of december when you need it urgently. Their housekeeping staff will deliver a bucket of hot water in 40 to 50 minutes in normal days else they simply forget your demand on saturdays and sundays.

Location of this Landmark Hotel is in the heart of Guwahati. Centrally located between railway station and all important go. S. Road. You can view directly live matches in adjoining nehru stadium. Services of this Landmark Hotel can be said at par. Morning buffet breakfast can be defined as best but if you order for lunch and dinner, the quality and quantity of food can certainly disappoint you not only by its taste but also from its rate. Better skip both meals here.

It's a great place to stay. Staff were friendly caring and pleseant from the reception. Meal were very good and delicious. Rooms were good and warm. I highly recommend the Landmark Hotel to all travels. I would probably choose it next time as i have experienced warm welcome of the staff, excellent service of Landmark Hotel crew. It's great value for money.

We went to Shillong for one night stay. We had a pleasant stay. Breakfast should be improved. The location of the Landmark Hotel is very convenient. The staff is polite. Check in and check out is swift. The food is also quite good. There is good parking place. This is a comfortable Landmark Hotel to stay

The rooms are good but bathrooms are not in a good condition. The buffet breakfast is good, but ordered Grilled Chicken Sandwich was stale and the accompanying salad had gone off. Room service can be more efficient. The Landmark Hotel did not live up to what we expected.

Initially the room allotted to me was very small and AC was not working. When I took up the matter with front office, immediately they upgraded me and shifted in another room. Really appreciate it. Everything was almost perfect during 3 night stay.

The Landmark Hotel is located centrally. The staff are very cordial and the arrangements are well. The room is well cleaned. The food is good and service is prompt. I would recommend the Landmark Hotel to others. Looki g forward for my next stay.

Located next to stadium offers nice view.

I had booked the Landmark Hotel for two night but since my work got over early I had to cancel one night stay and it was a trouble but the receptionist called MMT customer care and solved the issue without giving me my hassle.

Except for the location, this is a place which should be avoided. Bad service, the bathrooms stink, and the staff is discourteous and uncooperative. Even the receptionist was rude!

The rooms need a makeover. Water leaked from the ac making the room messy. Toilet flush did not work properly. Food is good. Location is proper. Staff are courteous.
