Landmark Hotel

My stay was extremely short and work oriented so I actually did not have time to look into the things but overall the Landmark Hotel and the services were good. However, there a few things which I could not like (yes, read COULD NOT and not DID NOT, which becomes implied). They had a few eatables (packaged snacks of a few variety) replaced in the room for consumption by guests and had declared also that the snacks were chargeable. But what I could not take was how could one charge INR 25/- for a packet of biscuit that clearly has printed MRP of INR 10/- and that too when there is neither any declaration as "for sale in restricted channel" or specially packed of such-n-such on the packs nor that those are being SERVED? Similar is the case for other snacks such as Nestle Kit-Kat, or Fruit Juice in TetraPak or other snacks from Haldiram. Also, they did not provide sleepers, single time usable toothbrush/ toothpaste etc. (But may be that is as per the Hotel facilities and was not that much a problem). On an appreciation note, the food was actually good!

Good Landmark Hotel. Nice location. Good food and services. Good staff. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Staff at the reception was also good and cooperative. Overall a good experience. Will love to stay once again. Located just near the Pandri Market in city (perfect location), the Landmark Hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. The staff was very helpful. The Landmark Hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms.

It is indeed a great experience to stay at Landmark. Although I stayed in this Landmark Hotel just for one night, still I would say that it is a fantastic place to stay. Starting from friendly staff to well maintained rooms with all the facilities. All the rooms are with window facility. Very few Landmark Hotels I have seen a wall clock. Food quality is also very good. I would suggest everybody to have a stay here.

I am very happy with the cleanliness, staff behavior and service standards of the Landmark Hotel. First time, I saw that room service was delivering food in two or three parts so that it remains warm for you. The staff both at the front desk, room service and housekeeping was courteous a and smiling. Overall it was good value for money. If I visit Raipur again, I would like to stay at Landmark

Everything was excellent except for my timing. I reached Landmark Hotel at 7 in the morning and was made to pay 1309 for period 7am - 11 am (inclusive of breakfast) whereas my entire booking was for a lesser amount. I even offered to pay him 50% for the period but he did not listen. There should be some provision for frequent travellers like us reaching at odd hours.

Stayed in this Landmark Hotel before, as a usual business traveller to Raipur. And as last time the expectation was over filled with the Landmark Hotel. All have to say is one of the best Landmark Hotel in Raipur. Just they need to get their pick & drop align with the online booking. As they don't provide it if you have booked the Landmark Hotel online.

Hotel is located at very good location This is the best place to Stay in Raipur. If you talk about food it excellent so is the service. Complimentary pickup and drop facilities are available. Tariff is within Budget. Wi-Fi is good too. Anyone and everyone shall enjoy the stay as the Service is Quick. In all, Excellent place & Value for money

Stayed in Hotel Landmark from 20-22nd April 2016. Initially booked for 1 day but when I reached there I was very satisfied with the room and other facilities therefore extended my stay for 1 more day. Special thanks to Mr Kaushal at front office for his good hospitality and help. Cheers, would definately come and stay here next time.

Experience was awesome after working hard got a good sleep and felt relaxed would be coming again. A I have been coming monthly would be good if you work on food, rates, cleanliness was maintained, well good experience.

Good location value for money good food. Complimentary breakfast can be improved. Fresh juice need to be introduced. Service is good.

Nice Landmark Hotel, it will be more nice if they give reasonable price. Good Landmark Hotel with nice room. Bathroom is good and clean. Breakfast should be before 10 am. Airport pick up free. I like it.

Room is very neat and clean. Value for money. Service is appreciable. Manager and staff are friendly and accommodative. This Landmark Hotel offers attractive offers on Makemytrip. Hotel also offer free airport pick up and drop.

Location and ambience is good.

Good Location, Breakfast was good, nice and clean rooms. But Room dining menu is very expensive overpriced. But Overall good stay

Hotel situated on main road and location is quite good. Ample parking space along with parking also. Thing I liked the most is room size. Rooms are spacious and cleaned. Staff is very supportive and taking care of guests very efficiently. Over all its value for money ..
