The staff is extremely helpful, kind and generous. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Location is great with all tourist spot of north goa accessible. We will definitely book this Lar de Oliveira by SJ Hospitality for our next visits as well as will recommend our friends. Totally worth

The stay was really good, starting from the check in to the check out, we stayed three days and had no problems at all. The staff is very helpful and kind and friendly, with their support everything became easier. Even the maintenance of the property is good, v clean and fresh ambience.

Premium room was neat, clean and bright, comes with mini frig, tea maker and a safe. Bed is comfortable. The washroom, however, is compact but not a major issue. On the negative side the in-house breakfast options are limited. The checkout at 11. 00am is rather early.

Stay was very good. Staff was polite and helpful too. Only problem was the breakfast was not tasty. I have paid specialy for breakfast but food was not good enough. Room was clean and tidy. Washroom was also clean and well maintained

It looks exactly like it’s shown in the pictures. Loved the stay here, will definitely stay here again when i visit goa. All the staffs are prompt and very nice!

Good clean rooms, doors could have a latch as an extra security since the only locking mechanism the door has is the cylindrical lock.
