Horrible room condition disgusting lift properly not working rooms are so dirty and shabby staff behavior is rude

The hotel stay was good however the cleanliness and service were average...View is good since exactly on sea beach

I m speechless, plz send ur representative and inspect the hotel, it is just like lodge. Nothing to say more, I have never be stay and booked this type of worst hotel in my life . I have been associated for a very long time and booked my New Zealand trip once in 2018. Plz don't do the buisness with this type of hotel. It's just my suggestion. I feel cheated in this tarrif u r booking worst hotel in puro

Worst stay,they are charging lump some amount but 0facilities,horrible food ,rooms are so small,no seating area,unhygienic,monkeys roaming around the corridor ,they dont even clean the washrooms a single day,bedsheets are dirty,no staff,lift services are not provided,they are just fooling the customers.They have built rooms in terrace

Room is too small for 2 persons. Bathroom fittings and linens require major improvement. Cleanliness needs improvement also.

Location of hotel larica is very close to the puri beach, behaviour of the hotel staff is very nice and friendly, price of the food is reasonable and taste is okay.

Our stay in larica holiday inn, booked through makemytrip, was splendid with a bunch of great service providers. The hotel was quite neat clean. Makemytrip served us well in the booking procedure!happy with their service!

This was my most horrible experience the room has tiny the bathroom smells like drain for three whole days the housekeeping came at 10 pm ti change the sheet first day the sheet had stains no basic amenities

Hotel was below standard, rooms were bad, fowl smell and leaking. Had a staff washroom right in front causing lot of disturbance and smell

Hotel is situated just next to the sea beach. Stay was average. However, the food and services are excellent.

The room provided was over priced. Facilities were not worth the bill, but resturant and fooding facilities provided are praiseworthy. Staff behaviour was also good and polite.

Hotel stuffs are very polite and helpful but hotel room condition very pathetic. No maintenance done in resent past. Door not working, ac not working. Cleaning is very poor. Only good thing is hotel stuffs. Recommended, not to stay.

Pathetic services at the hotel larica. We stayed for 3 days and these people don’t even bother to change the bed sheet, as per them it is not on their preview as laundry services not available to do so. Even they charge for a bottle of drinking water they provided. Pathetic room conditions, full of dirt. Not at all of any standard. Please avoid.

Location is good. Apart from this the hotel will piss you off from the entrance. Cleanliness is simply not there. I checked in at 1 pm. Till then the room was not ready. The bed sheet had lot of hair. After repeated request bed sheet was given at 11 pm. The room did not have any towel or soap. After request it was given. Room had lot of cobwebs. You can’t touch anything. Ac is given beep sound through the night. Only thing is that a maid comes to sweep the room twice a day. But she just cleans the floor that’s all. The corridor is not even clean. I saw the ac problem in all the rooms. The rooms are very small though the charge is very high. There are lot of young boys. Anyway people had good behaviour

Room condition are so bad, service are very pathetic. Don't book this hotel. Regret. No sea view. Only charges money. Ac are not working
