Larica Inn Kolaghat

The property was well kept, staff was very helpful and cooperative. The rooms were spacious. We had 3 river view rooms, with electric kettles. The toiletries could have been better. Bath slippers were not provided on request. Dental kit / moisturiser was missing. The towels needed bleaching. Also the washrooms had sewage smell which did not go despite the staff spraying deodoriser. The smell came into the room too at times.

Everything including location, property, food and amenities were good except the fact that the dining room was heavily infested with flies. On repeated demand the flies were cleared by using an electric mosquito racquet but the same was found on the next day during breakfast & the authorities did not bother to remove them or take any preventive measures.

Excellent location, well maintained property, helpful and polite staff. Children's outdoor play area decently well maintained. Swimming pool is clean and looks great. Nice arrangements for sitting outside on the lawn for enjoying the view of the rupnarayan river flowing by the property. Nice automated elevators. Food is decent both in taste and pricing.

Property condition was good. But proactiveness is lacking. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. Before handover to customer please check these small things. And there was no separate number for room service. You need to call reception only which doesn't suit to this category Larica Inn Kolaghat.

Pros: property location is just on the bank of river, very neat and clean. Well maintained properly with kid's amusement. Cons: food's are overpriced and taste is not good. Time taken for room service is quite long ( extra 45 min to 1 hour) than schedule time.

Excellent location, polite and helpful staff, food quality and quantity is good, reasonably priced, and the swimming pool is well maintained. Should allow food on the river front lawn.

Ample open space. Good river views breakfast was good with plenty of items. Hotel cleanliness was superb service was good

there is no tap in toilet। breakfast menu is poor। excellent location, staffs are well behaved, food is superb।

It was a comfortable stay while i was on official trip. The prompt service and cordial behavior of the staffs are very much appreciated.
