excellent stay spacious rooms and luxurious property God food. good ambience. well mannered staff.

The toilet items are very limited. The maintenance drawback they are not providing electric kettle & tea bag, milk, sugar etc. which a petty hotels are providing nowadays. Telephone goes out of service frequently, then the response time is too much for a service.

We stayed for 3 nights at this lovely property. It's large and well maintained. Approach is only by boat, jetty is a stone's throw away so no issues at all. Rooms are comfortable, ac works great, bathrooms are reasonably clean (needs some attention here. Towels and toiletries provided are decent. Bed is comfortable and provide a good night's sleep. There's in room tv for those wanting th external world connect. Wifi is available. The adjoining balcony is great for enjoying the monsoons/ the garden view. There is a generator in the hotel for those occasional power cuts. What made our stay excellent was the staff. Absolutely friendly and dedicated people. A special shout-out for prahlad naskar, who ensured a great experience at all meals. So-van ghosh at reception was always helpful and efficient. Without exception, all the staff made us feel welcome. Decent, hard working people! food choice is restricted (understandable due to the location but there's no point in having an extensive meny card- better to have a concise menu instead. However, whatever is available is fresh and of excellent quality, so we had no issues at all. A live section (eggs/dosa) for breakfast would be welcome though. We visit sundarban regularly and this was surely one of the best stays! btw for those interested, the fish and the crabs at the restaurant were superb!

As per the rate of food prices is very high.

2. There is no road to the larica resort and going through ferry would cost an extra 2000 rupees which was not mentioned anywhere rooms are big, clean and pleasant however the service is very slow. They served dinner after two hours of placing the order. Finally they arranged the tour through ferry however the ferry owner refused to take us to all the places discussed earlier and finally refunded a small amount after arguing for 1/2 an hour overall a bad experience and would not recommend this resort to any make my trip customer

Wonderful property, but there's no approach road, and only river way by boat. Here too, the property don't have their own boat for guests. Overall ambience is good. But need more professional approach in guest entertainment.

All staff and rooms are very good

It’s really a bad experience everything is poor hotel staff, reception, food was worst both the quality and price was so high apart from that the location was really bad i never had such a poor experience with makemytrip, this was really a bad experience!

It was a very nice stay. But there were many hiccups if you want to stay in this resort. Initially, we thought it was a wrong decision after reaching there, but later on we found that, expecting all amenities in sundarban like area, is not practical. The resort is newly constructed, still many areas are under construction. They dont even have the approaching road ready to the hotel. Here are few good and bad things about this hotel good things - 1. Environment is superb 2. Resort is spacious 3. Swimming pool is very neat and clean 4. Food is very nice and price is reasonable. 5. Rooms are spacious with big balcony 6. Room service is good 7. They have their private ferry ghat 8. Kids friendly bad things - 1. Approaching road is not ready. Last 500 metres you have to walk 2. Many amenities are missing like gym, kids room, play room, bar 3. Menu are very limited in the restaurant 4. Breakfast is very basics 5. Staffs are very local and not professional 6. Behaviour is not up to the standard 7. Reception is not also helpful 8. Spending time in the hotel is bit difficult. Will feel bored. 9. Tea and coffee is not also available all the time in the restaurants 10. Very less staffs

Hotel is excellent but far from the jetty and after some distance no way to reach the hotel, u hv to travel through muddy bank of a river

This was very good property and it was also well maintained, staff were also very good. I also like the food as it was freshly prepared.

Property was excellent but with less food options. parking facilities should be managed by the hotel
