Receptionist is very unprofessional and they hesitate to provide accommodation which was generally booked by the user.

It was very good experience, Above expectations. Rooms actually very good as compared to online photos. Enjoyed stay. Room location in front of mountains and valley was very scenic.

we have booked for a good room and ac rooms and when we have reached we got to know that ... they do not have AC in the room which we have booked. I have visited Matheran a lot but this hotel is the worst. I recommend everyone who read my reviews please do not visit this resort

The property location was fine but there was no food being provided and amenities were quite poor in quality ( soap and towel ) . The AC condition was really poor and was not working at all. the washroom was quite dirty. The bedsheet and pillow cover were torn and dirty. There were no attendants. For breakfast that was pre-booked, they were not providing to us at all.

Hotel location is very good hotel don't have in house food, you have to order or bring from outside. Amenities are average nothing special. Service is also average.

The stay was good, the location was in the middle of the main street, the manager was quite helpful

The hotel is a bit away from the market but nicely located between various points of interest and the market. There are plenty of eateries around, so the lack of an in-house kitchen isn't a big deal, but you do need to inform the staff in advance if you need anything specific. The rooms are spacious and have balconies. The hotel is a heritage building with lots of open areas and great views, though we couldn't explore much because of the monsoon. They have geysers, internet tv, and wifi, but no intercom to contact the staff. Vishaval is super helpful and always tries to address our concerns. Finding staff can be tricky since the property is big, but everyone is very nice. The night lighting is good, and the property feels very secure. An in-house kitchen would be handy, and we didn't find any toiletries in the room. There were frequent power cuts, but that's typical for a hill station. Overall, it's a secure and enjoyable place for a family vacation.
