Laya Regency

We had an excellent stay in laya regency. We were travel-ling as a family for visiting the temples around. The location of the temple is very convenient to visit the mayuranathar temple. The rooms are very spacious and very well furnished. The rooms are comfortable for extended stays. They don’t have a restaurant but have room service. I must say that their coffee was excellent. We have stayed in std double bed room the room is very spacious & the ac is working very good the cooling is very nice. They provided soap & shampoo. But they have not p provided tooth paste & brush & hair oil. No issue with hot water they are having centralised heater. The Laya Regency is not having restaurant. If we order the food they brought from outside. Mayura natha swamy temple is at a walkable distance. Market & shopping area is a km away. Service is very quick totally our stay is very nice

The owner was cordial, arranged a vehicle for pilgrimage travel when we requested, before hand. Though the check in check out time did not suit us as we cant arrange travel to match the same. 500 rupees charged extra for the post 11 am mandatory checkout time. To avoid this please introduce 24 hour checkin and checkout. Another suggestion is to have a vegetarian Laya Regency with clean food. Altogether it was a good experience.

Stayed with family in lay a regency with family for two nights. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the overall experience was great. There is no restaurant inside the Laya Regency but you can take the help of the reception and order food from restaurants and they would deliver them to your room. All the staffs were friendly and helpful and overall had a great experience staying at lay a regency.

Everything from the receptionist to the bell boy were good, room was also neat and clean, overall good. Morning tea was very bad and the security guy was not cooperative and helpful at all, in fact he was very rude, such persons should be fired because they will bring only bad reputation to the Laya Regency.

Stayed a night at lay a while on a temple trip in the region. Very comfortable, clean and hygienic. Staff are hospitable and well behaved. Minus- no in house restaurant. Albeit many eateries in the neighbourhood. The Laya Regency arranged for cab as well for day trip. Very good stay.

Very polite and amazing staff, pristine and clean Laya Regency, 10 mins away from the railway station. This Laya Regency exceeded all my expectations. The food they arrange as part of room service is really really good. I had a great experience. Recommended 10/10

5. Very good. The Laya Regency is new very nice big rooms all room qwality 4 star standard rates are just 3 star food kitchen not available they order from nearby restaurants service is good otherwise parking good area good stay area and restroom for driver

Had a brilliant stay. The rooms was clean, in a good location, and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again. Happy hour with an unexpected money.

Very new and clean Laya Regency situated few hundred meters from mayuranathar temple with ample car parking space. Strongly recommended.

Lay a regency is located in a central place. Adequate parking space for car is available. Rooms are well maintained. Staff are very courteous though no restaurant is available, Laya Regency enables good coffee in the morning as room service
