The stay was average for the cost paid. Food could be better Location was good and around 2kms from the main bus stand. Dinner timings and other things close at 9.30pm, I feel there's score to extend these timings Room was decent and hot water (v.imp) was also there. All in all 3/5

The stay was not that satisfactory. The parking space was less, and they had to call other guests to remove their vehicle so that we could park ours. Same way, when we were outside for dinner, they called us to remove our vehicle so that another vehicle could be parked. It was a total mess. Also, the bedsheets weren’t clean, had stains on them. Expected a little more decent stay.

Properties location was not easily approach, very steep and narrow road. Parking facility is very less. Breakfast was very poor, we are waiting very long time for getting food. Even tea has not serve properly.

The rooms are not as expected for that charge, the service is pathetic, lots of cockroach and mosquitos, we complained, but no response from receptionist, there are lots of options around kodaikanal (if somebody looking geniune hotel and restaurant). Don't fall for Make-my trip rating.

It's easy to reach the stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Restrooms also neat. hot water facility is available 24/7. Complimentary breakfast also tasty. overall it's a nice stay.. but restaurant food is bit expensive

I had stayed 2 days in this hotel, Really Amazing. Honestly I'm saying such a nice views in room and balcony.Room no : 306 Food is delicious and staff members are quite and friendly. 1. 24/7 hot water available 2.spacious room with city view, After day out we chilled in our room very comfortably. 3. Balcony is amazing.The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful; you could see the whole city, and it looked even better at night with all the lights. And the cold mist in the air at night made the whole view even more beautiful. 4. Centre of the city. Good location. 5. Delicious breakfast but only 3 items. 6. Tv and wifi is good. 7. Indoor games in hotel chess,carrom,table tennis. Everything is good.Overall, I had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.
