Location was good and caretakers are also well behaved. But at the time of booking it was mentioned that guest can use kitchen, but when we want to use the kitchen, they told us it is chargeable, so I paid ₹300 for using the kitchen for one day.

The homestay is located in a prime location, with coakers walk, bryant's park and other major shopping streets and restaurants just a walking distance away. There is ample parking space too. The housekeeping staff libnoos was extremely helpful and so was the owner Leslie. 10/10 recommendation

Clean room and restroom. Room service anytime available. Hot water available. But not worth the price paid 3700 for 1 room 1 night. Very small room and restroom. Parking would be an issue as it has 10 rooms and parking space to park just 2 cars. I felt it was not a mountain view room. I could see road only. Room is worth only 2k per night. For 3700, we should have balcony, centre table, chairs etc.

I stayed two nights and one day with my family, the cottage located in ramb area, nearby Cockers walk. Hot water available in 24/7 , Food also good. Cottage owner and working person's also very kind and helpful. I suggest to the cottage please improve more neatness.

I did not even stay a minute in the property. I booked this property by looking into the pic shown. But the room allocated was in the down stairs and the steps was steep. My mother is elderly person and she was not able to use the steps as it was not that much safe. The compound was not properly built. It was just covered with some sheet i think. If missed we will fall into the drainage. The owner of the property was good enough to make things better for us but again we had this problem and we had a 9 month old baby and she will sleep only in the hanging bed. There was no provision in the window like grills or any iron rods so that we had a hanger like thing which we can place on the window grill and use it as a bed for my baby. Over all it was totally disappointed and was told that no refund will be given. I read the policy but it is something i request that at least if 50% of the amount is refunded it will be useful for me.

The room you booked was deluxe and since you brought an extra guest we thought of helping you by giving you an larger room on the same cost and you can not expect all the room to have a grill all around the rooms for tying ropes in X direction for the infant to sleep and we offered a cradle for the baby to sleep. We had many guests stayed and had a very great reviews. We want to address your concerns about drainage near the property ,Please don't give a false review about the drainage and there is no such drainage near the property and we are proud to tell you that we are 100% refrenceable customers. We make sure they are comfortable,safe and feel home away from home. . We take pride in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment, and we can assure you that there is no issue in the vicinity.
