Le Collines Resort

Room was good but the i got didn't have balcony. Pool was really good. The children play area is really small but they still managed to place a few rides for kids. Food was good and fresh but taste is average. Anyhow taste buds varies from person to person so it's purely my opinion. Complimentary breakfast was also good. Things i didn't like: telephone extension was not working. So either i have to walk down to reception or call the receptionist over mobile. There is no elevator in the building so we need to climb up and down the stairs. Difficult for elderly people if they get rooms on top stairs (rooms 401, 402 etc) tv was also not working. I shared these 2 concerns and they agreed to consider it. Overall the stay was good and a recommended one.

Me and my family members had a wonderful day and night at le col-lines resort at vagamon of idukki district in kerala. The character and behaviour of all the staffs was excellent. Our room with attached balcony have us a beautiful and wonderful view of mountains and valleys and teraines of vagamon from le col-lines resort. Food and accommodation and swimming pool was also fantastic. My only suggestion is that the approach off road from main road to le col-lines resort had many gutters with many cracks and this road needs to be tarred immediately. Thank you make my trip and le col-lines resort vagamon.

Good ambience and atmosphere the road to the resort is very bad and the breakfast was descent i booked the resort through this app i booked two studio rooms and it shows there is ac available in the room there is no ac and tv is also not working and another bad experience is that the electricity is continuously going and when the power cut off the generator took 2, 3 mints to turn on

LOVED the stay! The depth of the place, The staffs cheerful faces, the helpfulness of beauty and hearts just stole my heart! I found a home there! It would most likely become my once a year visiting venue♥️ I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy laughing, dancing, the mist, view and cold! Would be surely coming back!!!

Location was good. Staff were super friendly. Specially afan supported a lot. Rooms are not maintained well most of the wooden drawers wardrobe are already damaged. Also inside room there was no bath robe, room slippers etc, however staffs are so friendly i didn’t bothered any

Excellent place to spend with family. Loved the ambiance and the service are all good. We enjoyed our holiday in le collines, great experience in all amenities and kids all enjoyed very much, all staffs are very friendly and they done there duties very well, thanks to u all

Staffs are all active and good service, rooms very neat and clean,we feel like a luxury life at the day …

Good for bachelor's stay for few people. But not really recommended for family. But ok for couples. They will provide breakfast complimentary, but you get only half cooked dos a, sambar, uppuma and chutney + some yellow colour juice.

The room was excellent. having ample space and good lighting. Improvements should be made to the hospitality and services. The quality of the food was OK.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Food was good. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The moment you turn towards the Le Collines Resort fem main road - consider it off-road or a very bad road! jus really really bad and cant even be called a 'road'

Resort was well maintained and staffs are super supportive. Only negative i feel was the road from vagamon to the resort, it was narrow and broken road literally no road at all.

The rooms were well sanitised and clean.

Location and stay was excellent. Excellent service and food.

Nice location. Rooms are neat the view from the Le Collines Resort is very superb. Food is ok the way access to the Le Collines Resort is little harder. Pool is good overall value for money and pleasant stay

Had a great experience at this property… the staff were very helpful.. The view from the room was superb in the misty climate….

Great hospitality, loved the amenities, the rooms were well maintained with peaceful ambiance. Although more choice should be provided for food and drinks for breakfast.

Please put ac in rooms and improve little in the food
