Staff is very courteous. Food quality is very good. Neat and clean Le Crescent Trot Hotel. They updated to exclusive room without any extra charges it was very sweet of them for this gesture. I loved it!

The room was nice and the reception was friendly. The only issue which i identified was that they did not provide sufficient tea and sugar sachets for a double occupancy room which we found lacking

Hotel staff is good, service is quite good too. Only thing which was unexpected was the size of the rooms as shown in the picture, rooms compared to photos are much compact.
