Room cleanliness is good but blankets provided is not hygiene. Apart from this overall service is good

maintained well. Good value for money.Staff efficient. very near to Railway station. you have Airconditioned Local train from Tambaram.

room was clean and had good facilities, especially storage. The service was excellent. Hotel does not serve food but there are couple of good restaurants very close to hotel.

No blanket, no menu for food and others item to order in room dining, it is ok for short stay

AC was not working. I had booked from 21.6.25 to 24.6.25 and made full payment. but I vacated on 22.6.25 as caretaker told that AC could not be repaired but till now I have not got the refund. Hoping to get the refund

It was a terrible experience, the AC is not functional, the weather is too hot, we can't even sleep for two nights.

Air-Conditioner IS NOT working. Second Day Room got changed. Inspite AC was NOT working. The Room was Very HOT. We happened to sleep with Sweat. No Catering. No Restaurant. Not Even Coffee/Tea were available inside the Room. Every Guests were fighting on Airconditioner issues. Only the location is OKAY. NO Amenities & Services available.

Horrible hotel. AC was not working. No response from the staffs. I will never ever recommend this to anyone.

The room was good. Not more than that. There was no water provided and we had to ask for it. They charged for a third bottle of water during the stay. The room's ceiling had a hole. The blanket was not large enough. There was just a random bath towel too not the proper good one which usually we get in pairs for a stay. The phone was not connected so we had to go and contact the reception for everything. Therefore it was just an average stay not more than that

I stayed in this property for one day, service is ok only. Room interior is fine. Bedding and other linen over furniture looked soiled. Location is very good. No restaurant so no room service. Limited parking

Stayed a night. Obviously their system is not aligned. Front desk informed they are full and have not vacancy. After prolonged wait while checking for emails, still saying no reservation in my name. After a long wait, front desk found out that my reservation was for a suite and he has one which he will make ready immediately. More waiting. I doubt i will ever book a room at this hotel. Hotel does not have restaurant. Small eateries are nearby. If you are looking to have coffee/tea served in your room in morning, you have to wait till 7:15 before the ‘boys’ arrive. Towels and bedsheets are brownish. Wifi is not stable.

Room is very clean and has all the basic needs for both individual and family. Service and safety is excellent. Maintaining “no smoking, no drinking, Highly satisfied with my 7 days stay! affordable when compared to other similar hotels in tbm area.

Wifi stopped working second day, soap and other things i personally collected from reception. Towels seem not so clean. Location good. Staffs are supportive.

Stayed during cyclone michaung. The front office was very cordial and helpful. We kept on extending the stay as water didn’t recede. The hotel was ok with our extension and provided all the necessary support to make our stay comfortable. The suite room was neat & well maintained.

Located in a congested area with open parking, small reception area, rooms are small and fan control was not working and rooms not cleaned every day and no restaurant attached for coffee/ tea

V had a short visit planed to chennai and thus stayed at le emerald for couple of days. It's a decent hotel for a short stay more suitable for a couple of people than a family of 3 or more, this i am saying about the double bed room that v stayed in, though it was mentioned that the existing bed is suitable for 3 ppl, but v found it to be a bit tight on space for us. Food can be ordered from loiee hotel next door or through the food delivery apps. The hotel ppl were kind enough to give us 2 bottles of water per day basis, very helpful for the hot humid weather
