Le Grace Beach View Resort

This is a very bad property. Only 1 room that has private pool is atleast ok. All ither rooms are congested, not at all good for chilling or good vibes. Whatever seen in the photos are only top floor. Please dont fall for it.

No proper rooms, nothing in rooms

Pleasant stay, staffs are cooperative, swimming pool was clean, perfect for group stay

Except for the location of property, everything is negative. We checked - in in the evening only to find our suite allotted directly by the owner. After half an hour of tussle, the room was finally handed over by the care taker of the property. Care taker doesnt speak any other language than tamil, which was a very big barrier in communication. Once, the room was handed over to us, they haven't provided towels, brush and bath soaps. Since we carried our own, we didnt ask for the same. The bathroom was not cleaned since ages as the spider nest was everywhere on the ceiling. The old wooden furniture was home to cockroaches. Bed sheets weren't changed at all. The location of the property was only the saving grace as it was peaceful and serene. Overall, my rating would be 1 star for this property.

this place has no basic amenities no dustbin, no kettle for hot water ,no water to drink we booked for two nights it was horrible family cannot stay here they don't even have mosquito repellent I paid 9000k for two nights it's not worth it so please think twice before you book this place.family with small kids please don't book this place even for milk or tea and coffee we should travel 2km they don't even anything for emergencies

only night stay at this beach house.. room is clean.. but it could have been better with good TV connection checked before.. also could provide good plates food should be ordered outside and not available here.. good support staff..

It was a good experience. found the property through online. It would be better if there is children play area and food available in the property. apart from that everything is fine.

i had wonderful experience here . actually i was too scared about the place because this is my 1st time booking an villa but the staff here is very friendly and was feel very comfortable. the place is clean and good. the swimming pool is the best part . we enjoyed this stay very much and will book here more often in the upcoming months ❤️

Had a terrible experience. Right from check-in, unclean rooms, beer bottles lying all around, noisy fan, stinky rooms, everything out of place. Also rooms were double booked. Had to check-out and leave immediate

Pool is v good house but inside maintenance need to improve near to beach finally good to stay in.

Terrible. Please make sure, you have a clear description - if the villa is not considered to be a private property. Shared swimming pool was not part of our idea. One of the worst experience that we had ever, and with zero return in funds.

It’s more over a home where they give rooms as individual. We should say an apartment hotel. No restaurant. Nearby restaurant is 1.5 kilometres. No other options than walking. Other rooms are occupied by people who make noise. I believe there is a weekend party going on

Stay with le grace was excellent terrace pool was very nice and staffs are very kind and supportive. Overall nice stay
