It was good for its price. They cleaned rooms wherever we told them to, changed sheets, towels, and soap. There is a veg restaurant just below it that has delicious dosa and other food items, and connectivity is also good with a bus stop and a metro station in front of the hotel.

The people are friendly and amenities are appreciable. The stay went smoothly. The room was clean and everything was functioning perfectly.

It was really a very good experience. The hospitality was great. The location is appropriate to visit any tourist places as well as US Consulate is nearby

Room was smelly and dump, towels weee not hygienic, wifi didn’t work at all, no hot water. But staffs were good and very cooperating.

This is one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed or booked. The rooms are stinking, untidy, no shower works, no geyser fitted, no proper ventilation. Couldn't stay there for at least 30 minutes. I have placed a request with MMT for cancellation and booked another hotel on my own.

The stay was really good. My train got delayed so I was unsure if they will check me in at 11pm, but they were kind enough to do that. I stayed for 1 night. Really good for short stays. Close to metro AG DMS. Close to the area with consulates. Very convenient. Food is not there. But there is a restaurant beside which serves good south Indian breakfast

Had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was awesome - metro station and bus stop were just a stone's throw away.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay 👍🏨🚂🚌

Le grace hotel is at the Center of Chennai, very good service, friendly staff especially the manager, clean rooms that too at a very reasonable price. Best locations too

it was a good experience staying in this hotel. Room was clean and staff were also very polite and helpful.

Location is okay. No food and no services. Amenities are limited to the minimum. Rooms are congested with no windows. Even entrance to the property is so shabby and dirty that i considered cancellation I am totally disappointed.

Everything was good, neat and clean. Service was excellent and on time. Jasper was good in all help.

Stay was easy to locate and the room was spacious without any foul smell or pests. Good option within a budget to stay when you need accessibility. Amenities are basic but sufficient.

Worst experience with this stay in my life. No water, dark room, zero service, no lift for elders, unhealthy atmosphere, very low wattage bulbs in side the room, fungus foamed bathroom.
