Le Lac Sarovar Portico

I have stayed in the Le Lac Sarovar Portico with my family recently. It has been a good experience but i felt that it was highly over priced, may be because of the ongoing marriage season during that period. Rooms were spacious and clean. Slightly annoying was the fact that toiletries were not provided, rather were on request basis. It should be a complimentary without asking for it. The Le Lac Sarovar Portico authorities should review this policy so that guests don't feel offended. Breakfast spread was okay, not too lavish but not less. Food was tasty. Staffs were courteous. There's ample parking space in the property. Provided the above points are resolved, i would recommend this as a good property to stay in ranchi. Thank you for being a nice host.

Its a well located Le Lac Sarovar Portico. Service is generally ok but few shortcomings noted. Though we booked a suite for 3 and preinformed them to make arrangements as we checked in found only two cups two sets of towel two bottles of water two sets of pillows were provided. Of course extra sets were provided one by one when we made separate requests for each item. Food is good. But breakfast buffet had only one non veg item. Eggs could be ordered for alcoholic beverages no indian brand was available although many were in the list. Foreign brands overtly expensive 2. 5 times the mrp if purchased full bottle. Peg-wise even more rooms and amenities were good staff very polite reception warm and responsive.

But the connecting road from firayalal to the Le Lac Sarovar Portico is narrow and crowded. But considering that it is in the heart of the city, it is ok. The Le Lac Sarovar Portico is maintained well, and the rooms are very decent size. But the toiletries are very ordinary, which brings down the level of the Le Lac Sarovar Portico. The towels are also a beat cheap. Otherwise the stay feels very comfortable. The break fast spread is limited. The puri sabji was the best of the lot. Medu vada was hard. The staff is polite and very attentive. Overall it was a short but pleasing experience.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The Le Lac Sarovar Portico is situated at a prime location and it has a contemporary look. The amenities are very much satisfactory. I would like to specially mention the breakfast spread which is complimentary (for certain rooms) and is really an attraction for the variety of items. The reception officials, food managers, chefs and waiters are very polite and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean and have all the modern facilities. The lake view is an added bonus. There are two restaurants as well as a spa facility and gym. I would definitely recommend this Le Lac Sarovar Portico for anyone looking for a really enjoyable and sophisticated stay.

Check-in was very smooth and took less than 5mins. Room was nicely maintained and cleaned. Staff's are very helpful and supportive, they response quickly. Food was good, they provided few customised lunch/dinner on our request as my father is a diabetic patient. In overall my stay was very nice and memorable. Thanks

Spent the night at the Le Lac before my onward journey to Jamshedpur early morning . Location : Good , 20 to 30 min drive from airport. Located beside the Ranchi Lake. Food: Very Good & worth the price. Amenities: not much in way of amenities , no mini bar, TV with few channels, Room is slightly dull & Lux level requires improvement Service: service is good and staff is courteous … towels in the bathroom needs improvements and almost no complimentary toiletries

I was on an office trip and stayed at this Le Lac Sarovar Portico for 2-nights ! they have me a room upgrade and honestly i had an excellent stay. The room overlooked a big water body and was spacious and neat. The breakfast was very nice and the stay were all very friendly. Food was costly, however they gave me a 15% discount. Overall a good stay and highly recommended.

Hotel room was very good. Cooing by a c was not adjustable and ac was very noisy. Buffet breakfast was good but paranthas and puris were not warm.
