The overall hospitality and experience provided by the dynamic front-end staff and the house keeping staff at Hotel Le meridien Kochi, Cochin was excellent. Hotel Check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The breakfast spread was nice and tasty and we enjoyed it very much!! The Le Meridien Kochi location is very convenient, it is well connected to nearby malls, theaters, and fine dining restaurants as well. Must try an amazing restaurant as known as Chef Pillai's restaurant, located within the Le Meridien Kochi premises especially for those who love to experience authentic seafood at Kochi! We loved the food and the ambience too! Le meridien Kochi House keeping staff was proactive and highly efficient as regards their services related to house keeping and their services were timely, courteous and excellent too. Overall, happy to rate 5 out of 5 for Le meridien Kochi on all key metric counts, front-end services, property upkeep, quality of breakfast, swimming pool upkeep, especially maintenance of trees , and green landscape was truly noteworthy! I would like to wish Hotel "Le Meridien Kochi" team the very best!

I had an amazing stay at Le Meridien Kochi! The hospitality was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were calm, composed, and extremely efficient. The rooms were well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Dining at Latest Recipe was a delightful experience, with a great variety of flavors and impeccable service. The highlight, however, was the food by Chef Pillai—absolutely outstanding! Every dish was crafted to perfection, making it a memorable culinary experience.

We had a great time in this Le Meridien Kochi. We had required medicines very urgently and we couldn't get out of the Le Meridien Kochi and get it but the Le Meridien Kochi staff Jithin Suresh arranged it for us. On the day of the checkout they gave us a surprise by presenting a beautiful pastry as a farewell gift.

Our stay at Le Meridien Kochi was fantastic! Our kiddo couldn't get enough of the pool and the fun kids' area. The beautiful garden was a delightful place to wind down after a day of exploring. We were so impressed with the savory breakfast and lunch spreads – the options were excellent.

Excelllent staff and the food was very good. It was my wife birthday and the staff changed my room from twin to king size bed. Also they provided help by writing happy birthday in the room as i said. It was a perfect home away from home feeling. Got cake was was delicious.

our family recently stayed at the property. Great location, very spread out and expensive property. it seems a little old in some ways. not that modern. Extensive buffet breakfast and dinner. Very good food. helpful staff. overall very good experience.

Excellent and wide variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian food, (we had breakfast and dinner) , excellent location and very cool operative staff, near perfect amenities (except for the bath tub not retaining water, which they later corrected) .

Nice Le Meridien Kochi with a good view of the canal beside. Well kept rooms and an exceptionally big bathroom. Breakfast buffet is quite nice as well

It was a wonderful stay! the food was lip smacking and the service staff were resourceful! the rooms were very well maintained.

The most courteous crew took care of our stay, from restaurant to the pool and the lobby. We will stay again in our next trip. We were upgraded to the backwater facing room as well.

Actually we booked the Hotel by default but our stay proved to be beyond expectations. The service, ambience,food and pool all were excellent. One of our best Le Meridien Kochi experiences.

That was a great experience. Le Meridian rooms are good. Food is excellent. The staff has provided us good service. All the people were courteous. We liked the Hotel ambience.

Very pleasant & a comfortable stay. Staff were very approachable & helpful. Egg curry needs a special mention - very delicious. Breakfast varied & sumptuous. Room very cozy & comfortable.
