Le Miami Resort and Spa

The overall stay was excellent. The property is well spaced and good ambience. However, being a new property, the lawn and spa were under construction. The restaurant has a limited menu yet mouth watering taste. An excellent stay at Pondicherry.

the resort was far away from Pondicherry city but honestly the room view is good but need more deep cleaning inside the rooms and bathroom. Food was excellent and from south Indian to North Indian you will find everything just check the restaurant timings. Overall it's located between Pondicherry city and Auroville so you can cover both areas.

Very good resort with nice amenities and friendly staff. Decent food options available. Complimentary breakfast is quite good, toom service also available. Sufficient parking space available.

Well maintained very hygienic clean hotel. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Khushbu helped us a lot for any hotel enquiry. Well done and kudos.

The property was very good. Support staff was excellent and very co-operative. Food quality and taste was outstanding. Overall, it was very pleasant stay at Le Miami !

We were disappointed with our recent stay. Despite booking two rooms, we were given one with a balcony and one without, and there were no intercoms in the rooms. Additionally, the swimming pool's location wasn't clearly communicated - it's actually located opposite the property, which wasn't what we expected. Overall, we feel the amenities didn't justify the price we paid.

Had a wonderful stay, would have been better if not for the rain. Exceptional breakfast, room service can be improved.

Clean rooms and good services by staff, but they don’t change towel and bed sheets every day and mineral water also not available may be due to dilwali but over all good experience

Comfortable stay, Parking good space, rooms cozy - we rested well. Good staff, location proper ( drive in is little small ) but overall good experience.

it was good stay. villa was big enough for 3 families and food was also good. there is no play area and road was congested near the hotel. beach nearby with 10 min walk

Staff was not able to understand the requirements given basic requirement properly and took 5 to 6 times to repeat the same thing to even do it otherwise

Rooms were decent and breakfast was okay. But cleanliness outside the room was very poor. Used plates and trays were left in the corridor for a long time ( 2 days ) , which gave a bad impression. Management should improve hygiene and housekeeping immediately

The Villa property was good. Need to improve swimming pool and arrange play area for kids and guide for local site seeing

Had an amazing stay here. Beach is at the walkable distance. Service is really good. Khushbu and narendra were very helpful.Even the staff had arranged scooty on request. Breakfast had lots of variety & food was really good. Overall wonderful stay for a relaxed vacation.

Food was average. The items seemed bland. Tea and coffee were also average. Accommodation was decent and house keeping was responsive. The check in and checkout process was also simple. Helpdesk was polite and helped in figuring out near by places to visit.

It’s a quaint decent property. Much smaller than how it looks in the pics. Rooms are spacious, clean and good. Very close to Serenity beach. The approach road to the hotel is very narrow, but that’s the last 150m. Good parking space in the opposite ground. Restaurant is neat, food quality is decent. Not very good at crowd management. Overall a pleasant stay.

other than the beach access rest is average...Food is very costly...Beers are double the price...service was ok...1 night should be fine
