Le Mirage

The Le Mirage is near white town and Rock beach in 10 minutes walk. Rooms are clean and spacious and have a cozy look. Extra small bed was available for extra people in deluxe rooms. The deluxe rooms have a small balcony too. The bathroom is clean and toilet papers are provided. In the deluxe room, they also provide one electric kettle, tea, sugar, coffee, and milk sachets. They even have a boutique of traditional items and aromas from where you can buy aromatic soaps and incense sticks. The rooms have no fan, only ac is there. Sometimes when we need only fans, then it is problematic. Big rats are found roaming here and there. The manager and the Le Mirage attendant are helpful with smiling faces. The cab can be hired from the Le Mirage. The only problem is that the driver could not communicate other than in Tamil language and could not understand your expression also. Overall the Le Mirage is good to stay in pondy and to get an experience of pondy life and culture.

This review is compared with my last three Le Mirages at Pondicherry. Le Mirage is truly value for money, first of all the Le Mirage location is good and safe, service is excellent. Just one call for any need the service boy attend with in 2 min. Food quality at restaurant is not up to my expectation but this is same when compared to any other Le Mirages at pondi. I have seen many reviews saying breakfast is not good, but trust me you like the quality hygiene and service. I got really bad experience with service of mission 63 Le Mirages in the past. So friends just try Le Mirage you love it for sure. Particularly this is best suggest for couple's

Without knowing the city and places our travel started. Between a hot sunny day le mirage gave us a pleasant stay. After a quick snap we have started exploring the city roads, beach pays where the buildings and people resembles french territory. Catching view of the food street treats us with good food. Finally the day ended with visiting Aurobindo Ashrama. Obviously while exploring the places we missed our checkout time but the Le Mirage management helped to leave the city peacefully. Lovely stay and beautiful city which triggering us to visit again and again. :)

Overall experience is good. Hotel location is very good. Its near white town and rock beach, promenade beach. But we were little bit annoyed by the other travellers beside our room since those bachelors were partying till midnight with loud noises. It was sometimes uncomfortable for us while we were going out of the room. Ape-rt from this, Le Mirage staff were cooperative and helpful. I wont recommend this Le Mirage stay for family. Couples and bachelors can enjoy staying.

Pros. Located in main area, where can access to all nearby tourist places and ocean theme park. Bike rent per day is 350 rupees. Management is very helpful. Room is good not bad cons. Hardly 5 bugs were here and there in the room. No fan and ac took a long time to cool. No windows in some rooms, then i requested a change. The second room is good and spacious and had a balcony.

Location was great, near the railway station. On a great street with lots of shops and amenities. Food was okay. But service could be quicker.
It was okay. Hotel was safe. However, the staff were not that courteous. Slow to peovide menu's. Not clear on rules and regulations (always referring up. Property was good. However, staff seem inexperienced and demotivated.

The room and bathroom is good. The staff is very helpful, excellent service. They have only south Indian dish for breakfast which they get from outside. it seemed like they had a kitchen previously that got closed. There is no parking area and guests have to park their vehicles on the road. Location is nice and beach is nearly 800 meters from the Le Mirage.

Very clean and nice Le Mirage to stay in prime location of pondy accessible to prominent tourist sites in the close proximity. Staff is awesome. Car parking is the only major issue as they do not have a dedicated parking space and have to park on the road side which is why i am rating 1 star lower. Otherwise i would definitely give 5 star

Good rooms with hygienic environment, all the things are very near from this Le Mirage. Beach is 900 meters

Hotel le mirage is a nice place to stay and explore pondicherry. Room service was nice . AC is good. I had a comfortable stay in le mirage

They kept the rooms and reception area clean. It would have been great if sanitizers were provided in the rooms.

It's pleasure staying in Le Mirage, it's my second stay out there with my friend, good amenities. Friendly service and people. Will definitely recommend this

Best location, spacious rooms and awesome room service. Having a pub in the same building is a perk as well. Very close too all major cafes and 15mins walk to the beach.

Good poor lighting can not are read Missing cabinet. No drinking water only bottled water. Too much rationing on milk powder sachet

Very good Le Mirage in the center of city, I didn't have breakfast, rooms and service are good. But there is no car parking since the roads are very short and narrow I cannot find the parking anywhere near by. That was the only huddle, otherwise Le Mirage is very good.

The poster in room made me feel like my personal bedroom. The bed is so comfort. The staff taking is good. I definitely like to prefer le mirage on my next visit.

Pondicherry tour with family for a day. Really enjoyed the stay and the place.
