Among the many rooms available, only a select few such as Rooms 1 to 5 offer exceptional views similar to those from the Imperial suite. The hospitality, however, could be improved, and the dining options would benefit from greater variety and quality. We specifically requested Room 212, and the view from this room was truly amazing.

It was a wonderful stay.Serene place with lot of amenities. Delicious food . All the staff were very helpful and welcoming.. Road to the property is tough ( if you are coming via 20 Acre).

We had a pleasant experience. The staff was very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was excellent clean and well maintained. However, we felt that kids outdoor activities area could use some improvement with more engaging options. Overall, a good stay.

This property is located little away from the Munnar town, midst of a coca plantation. Quite and serene environment with a beautiful view point. It has very nice, well maintained premises and a pool. Food even though it is a little expensive, is also good, restaurant staff are very polite and take care very well.
