Pros- the facilities of the Le Pension Stays | Marine Studios Villa was good the room was quite spacious to fit in 6-7 person, the care taker comes daily for cleaning the room, the best thing about the Le Pension Stays | Marine Studios Villa was they have a common kitchen there where you can make your own food! cons - the Le Pension Stays | Marine Studios Villa was somehow inside from the main city making you not able get your items without the vehicle another thing was sometimes the power gets cut off, we stayed for 9 days and we had that problem for 2 times, they do have a power backup but the ac powers gets cut off, fans will run only and if the powers gets cutoff for long then you’ve to stay in sweat, in winters it’s bearable but in summers you’ll not able to bear that. Other than that the Le Pension Stays | Marine Studios Villa is best in everything!

Good stay, clean rooms, well maintained pool, reasonable price. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in goa.

What a beautiful location. Future ahead. Rooms are beautiful and reasonable untill it got famous. Good for walk lovers location. Lilo cut from candolim beach nd market. But at 15 mins walk. Washrooms nd rooms are really good. You will be sad after seeing location but once you are inside the room all pain will fade away. You can order food from your room. We had an exceptional stay at marine studios le pension stays. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our entire stay. We truly felt at home and can't wait to return. This property is really amazing, the rooms are very comfortable and big. The caretaker was very attentive and helpful. Everything is nearby if you rent a two wheeler and go around. Main market and food joints are within a range of 3-4 km. You find peace in this place. We had a wonderful stay.

Best place to stay with group of friends in goa. Nice staff and friendly too. Raja and chotu both are available 24*7. Washrooms was clean
