Le Royal Park

The stay was good, the service was quick. Only issue i faced was with the parking. Valet parking is available buy they will not work. I have to park my car everytime, the pain in parking is the space is very less and the cars are more. Someone will ask you to park in place and other guy will ask to remove from there. Felt like parking on road side where ppl keep asking you to move your car. Luckily i got valet parking service once, after a heated argument. But while returning the valet parking chit the driver was not available to bring back the car. I went searching for my car to get it back. They are marketing le royal park as 4 star, but i don't feel so.

The location was in the heart of the city and the food was great. Buffet breakfast had huge variety of options and amenities were excellent. Specially the swimming pool was amazing, it was big in size and very well maintained, and the staff to were very helpful. We booked two rooms & they upgraded us to royal suite without any additional charge it was very convenient for us as a family of four and also some guest visited us, making maximum utilisation of the drawing room. The service was fantastic and staff were very polite and humble. We had an amazing experience.

The Le Royal Park location is excellent with all attractions nearby. Hotel rooms are good ( size is decent. Excellent food options available in the Le Royal Park itself with multiple. Resturants and cafes. Food prices are reasonable too. The breakfast spread was excellent. Hotel provides all necessary toiletries etc which are as good as any 4/5 star Le Royal Park. A swimming pool, gym, spa is available and operational. Staff is polite and helpful. We had a very good experience at the Le Royal Park so would recommend it for sure.

I recently stayed at this Le Royal Park in pondicherry, and i was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was spacious, and had all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. The food at the Le Royal Park's restaurant was exceptional, offering a diverse menu with delicious options for every meal. Overall, it was a fantastic Le Royal Park stay that i would highly recommend to others.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of it. It was clean, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The property was centrally located. You can get most of your needs in walking distance. The food was very good. Not very spicy. So everyone can relish it. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The amenities were good. Room was quite spacious. Only improvement needed for the linens, whether for the bed or towels etc. Our over all experience is good and definitely recommend for a lovely stay

The experience was too good. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and the rooms were clean and the restrooms were soo good. The complimentary breakfast spread was also good. Literally this will be always my place to stay when i visit pondy again. I couldnt visit the gym and bar. Maybe i will visit next time. This is just 2. 5 kms from rock beach, so easily we can commute to the beach.

Nice rooms, neat and clean. Good and quality food served. It is the one of the best Le Royal Parks in pondicherry to stay. I worry the quality is slowly becomes poor. For example: the toilet tap is leaking and it is not repaired, but the valve is closed to avoid water leak. Food varieties are less compared to before what they offered. Still i prefer it is the better one.

Great ambiance you will find, good food, room is big in size and courteous staff. They have all you wanted. One bad experience- found small cockroaches in room and toilet. Overall good experience.

Nice Le Royal Park, clean rooms, good breakfast and services. Only drawback which i noted was the cleanliness in toilet (not upto the level) otherwise a perfect stay

It was a very good Le Royal Park situated in a good location. The ambience was good. Overall it was a memorable experience there. I don't have the Le Royal Park pic.

The overall stay was quite good. How ever we had delays in check in process and as a result we had to wait for 30 minutes.

Ambience and hospitality was excellent and thr room was clean and superb. Only one thing when ordered coke 200 ml was charged 130 rs i think so in my opinion was very expensive than taj Le Royal Parks. Other than that parking food everything is good.

Property located at prime area of pondicherry. Accomodation is peaceful l and pleasant. Food is as expected great. Hospitality is 100/100.
