Le Sapphire

We have planned for more than a week for our stay in wayanad for our honeymoon trip. Since we are from tamilnadu and don't know exactly about the places our only hope is the reviews and photos in google. We selected 4 Le Sapphires based on review and charges. We finally selected le sapphire as it is in center of the town location and with restaurant in it. When we entered the Le Sapphire at a first glance it is very well known that it is the safest place and the staffs there are really friendly (particularly one person in the restaurant spoke with all the customers entering and make them feel comfortable, i don't really know him but he comes and give suggestions for visiting the places in wayanad) 1. Located in center of the town so it is easy to reach there. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Worth of the money (photos in google are real, not as some are posting deluxe rooms and giving normal rooms) 4. Hot water facility. 5. Nice outdoor view. 6. Clean environment.

Had a very pleasant stay at le sapphire at waynad. Had opted for the non ac double bedroom option. The room was clean and well maintained. Had requested for an early check in and late check out and they had obliged. Spent 4 days at the Le Sapphire and all basic amenities are available. Hot bathing water and a kettle with tea or coffee sachets. Elevator, nice and spacious corridor. Bathroom was neat and some small issues like the cloth rack was not fitted properly and was hanging dangerously. Also the bustbin lid were stuck. Other than that had a very good stay. Restaurant, room service and the food in general was good and the staff were very polite and helpful. The receptionist was also very polite and helpful. Had a very good and memorable stay there. We accidently went to this restaurent for lunch on our journey from bnglr to kozhikode. I have two kids. Since the younger is only 5, i didn't order meals for her and thought will feed her from my wife's plate. The supplier still have my younger one a separate plate and food on it. They refused to bill for the plate. My son was not able to have the food as it was a bit hot for him( rest of us found it ok. The supplier again gave him extra cups of kheer and one cup of pineapple juice. Again they refused to bill the extras. When i asked they told it's for the kids. On my return journey i booked a room at same Le Sapphire and had a good experience as well. Would highly recommend.

Stay was good. Reception staff were very courteous, especially the boy who helped us in check in and check had a very pleasant smile. Room was good. Facilities were there. But when we opened the curtain, the paint was falling off from the roof and got scattered in the room which was little disappointing. There was small fungal growth in wash room's roof top also. Rest of everything were very good.

Had a memorable stay at le sapphire. It was really close to the start of town in sultan bathery, walking distance from where the bus dropped us off. The staff were courteous and generous, allowing us to check-in a few hours earlier and didn't even charge us for the extra bed that they provided us. The restaurant in the Le Sapphire is also really good, we had a good meal there.

In one word, the place is amazing. The location is perfect for travelers- a few minutes walk takes one to the market area of the town. All the staff provided great service even if the interaction was for a minute. Sufficient place for parking. They had a restaurant and a juice-centre. The room was large, had adequate facilities and was very clean as was the whole Le Sapphire.

It was a pleasant stay at le sapphire in wayanad. Excellent service and can give 5star rating for the cleanliness alone. Rooms were spacious and you cannot expect more for this price. You can get a tasty food at a reasonable price. Such a wonderful service at this rate in a main junction/area and you cannot get this in any Le Sapphires with this rate.

Located in the heart of sultan bathery walkable distance from the local eateries and market area. The Le Sapphire has all basic amenities and amazing parking space so if you're driving down here you have no issues. Hot water, clean rooms and a really good restaurant will make your stay very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Good hospitality from the staffs. Neat and clean room with good amenities.

The Le Sapphire is well located. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Washroom is okay but could be slightly bigger. Need to improve communication as telephones were non functional. Breakfast was just about average. Overall, a decent place to stay.

It was wonderful stay, it is new property and hospitality is awesome. North Indian food options are limited in resturant.

Perfect Le Sapphire in terms of location hygiene and space in rooms

Nice room, the service was excellent, brake-fast was good with many options

Parking and other civil works are yet to finish. Management need to concentrate finishing all pending works and making premises a pleasant stay.

In the center of Sulthan Bathery Town, this is a nice Le Sapphire. Staffs behavior is very good.

The Le Sapphire is located in the middle of sulthan bathery town which is very accessible for shopping lovers. This Le Sapphire has an inroom dinning services. The food was really tasty. The staff was very active and helpfull.
