Excellent service n maintenance. Best resort in wayanad.

Considering the price it is expensive. Food option in property is not available. Swimming pool is very small and not maintained. Rooms have basic lack of amenities . Wifi speed is very low and unstable. Recreation room is very poorly maintained , everything is broken . There is no nature view from the property but some parts of the villa looks good.

Excellent experience at Le Villagio Resort. Beautiful property, one-of-a-kind dome and jacuzzi setup. Extremely helpful and supporting people at the property, especially Mr. Krishna ji, who extended the best help and advice for tourists like us.

The room is well maintained and room service is good. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement and service during breakfast is not good.

We stayed here for 3 days during our Wayanad trip and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautifully located with stunning views that made our mornings truly special. The management was excellent—everything was well-organized and smooth from check-in to check-out. The staff was extremely cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable stay, and we’d happily come back again!

It was really a good experience. Hygiene was really awesome. Staff is also very welcoming and cooperative. It is in main city, good pure veg options available within 3kms.

Breakfast was bad

The place was absolutely fantastic and the resort staff also good. The dome stay experience with Jacuzzi was amazing. The lush greenery ecosystem surrounded the place felt like being hugged by nature.

The ambiance and the atmosphere is excellent while our stay in this property. The staffs were friendly location was nice and the food was good.

Rooms were good and the hospitality from the ppl in the reception was good as well but the experience was really worse during breakfast, most of the containers were empty even when we went around 9 am and we had to wait for 5-10 mins to get one appam, they were filling it bit by bit and we had to wait for so long and there was tea and coffee but there were no cups and we got cups after 15 mins but then we regretted waiting for so long cuz the taste of tea and coffee was very bad. I’ve never had any such experience in any of the resorts I’ve been to so far. And in the play area all the items were broken, things are just kept there for name sake.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The staff were incredibly courteous and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Their positive attitude truly made our stay feel special and relaxing

The property and the service was good, the amenities were proper as mentioned. The location was good however it was on a narrow road on a slope so difficult for driver to get there initially. An improvement point would be for their breakfast, it was most of the times undercooked. And yes they do not provide dinner or lunch you need to order from a restaurant from other place

This was my fourth staycation at this property, and it just keeps getting better. The place has a lovely vibe—peaceful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing break. The pool is definitely a highlight—well-maintained and great for both morning dips and lazy afternoon lounging. The staff were courteous as always, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. It’s become one of my go-to getaway spots. Highly recommend if you're looking for a short escape that's consistently good.

pros : 1. very good manager and he tried his best to sort things. 2. domes are just as described and pretty good. 3. bedding is good in apartment too. 4. swimming pool is small but decent. seating around the pool is pretty good too. 5. kids play area is small but good to keep toddlers and young kids engaged. cons: 1. one of the worst breakfast i have ever had. three days, it was like absolutely nothing to eat for breakfast. 2. no in-house restaurant. 3. receptionist is not well versed and hardly looks into matters though she is polite. 4. Jacuzzi at the domes are inflated tubs with powerful motor. This is just ok. one full of the jaccuzi takes approximately 3 hrs is what they claim. we had to stay with the same water for all three days. also it's not a exact jaccuzi experience as the water just gets pumped from one side. 5. if you are expecting to take a good hot bath , just forget it. I went into shower and water stopped! even after multiple complaints nothing happened and eventually after 30 min, I had to use the health faucet for bathing in ice cold water! 6. room cleaning and house keeping needs to be explicitly asked for. 7. if you want to taste the worst tea/coffee then for sure you should have one here. 8. even if you have confirmation from MMT, do ensure to explicit call and confirm if dome is booked. I had booked dome for three days and was in for a surprise when I was told they haven't got any booking for dome from MmT. had to spend hours to get this resolved and had to adjust in a one room apartment for the first night. though I must say manager tired to do all this possibility to ensure things are sorted.

The property is awesome. Specially domes are good, detailing of the interior is too good. Once in a life experience. But too expensive, and the service is not good. The staff is good. Breakfast is not worth. Paying more than 10k breakfast is the worst. No lunch and dinner available. The way interior is used, standard of all small small things in the room is very good. But because of breakfast ratings goes down. Overall not value for money.
