Worst and pathetic hotel,when entered in suit room entire floor was wet,in my package breakfast included but they not served even complimentary water bottle given one time in 2 days, staff don't understand english worst experience should give my money back

My stay at the hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. The room was extremely dusty, with visible layers of dirt on the furniture, floor, and windowsills. It appeared as though the room had not been cleaned or properly maintained for several days. The bed linen was stained and emitted an unpleasant odor, clearly indicating that it had not been changed after the previous guest’s stay. The toilet was in an equally unhygienic condition — the floor was wet and sticky, the commode was stained, and there was a strong foul smell coming from the drainage. The wash basin had marks of dirt and soap residue, and the mirror was smudged and unclean. Overall, the level of cleanliness was far below basic hospitality standards, making the entire experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

Hotel is good infrastructure is very old apart from it the cutlery was very dirty every time we had to ask them to flea food was decent but breakfast was pathetic no options only south indian food that also 2 options only after paying such price you expect a bit of decency in your hotel which was missing
