"The rooms were unbelievably tiny! The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, the blankets had a horrible smell, and to make things worse, even the TV was completely non-functional. The only saving grace was the room service, which was just okay, and the staff, who were at least friendly."

Poor Stay

Rooms weren't as clean, flush wasn't working in one room and there was no water in hotel on day 2, had to manage somehow. Not a good experience

The hotel location and service is very poor. Rooms are not clean. We found cockroaches in the room, hot water is not there, tv was not working. I hope this review helps you to book your stay.

The property name was lee castle but the actual name was the castle, water was running out now and then, late respond for breakfast which lead delay of one our for our further journey.

Amenities in the hotel lee castle was superb. We enjoyed our stay there and the hotel is well connected to the visiting places in shimla. As it is located in the lift area, you can enjoy your food at nearest eating points. With in minimum time, u can reach mall road and jakhu temple. I recommend tourist from various places in india to have a trip to shimla and have a pleasant stay in lee castle.

Terrible experience. Price wise hotel was degrade and place of hotel changed, not provided facility as per booking norms. 3000 thousand lost as per property value. Very very bad experience.
