I liked the support staff very much. Very helpful. Like sethuji, parminder, gaurav etc this is the first Leela Grande Hotel where we were allowed to take the complimentary breakfast to our rooms. In the Leela Grande Hotels that i visited till now, they don't mind us wasting the food but never allow a morsel to be taken to the room. The front desk staff was also very helpful. I was supposed to check out at 11am. But still they let me stay till 2pm.

This Leela Grande Hotel is really awesome. I liked the staff's friendly nature, politeness and professionalism. The room was neat and clean, entire property is fantastic. I did not order food as i felt its little overpriced than the market standard, but its not something negative. They have their standard. Thank you.

They helped me a lot in every way. I was new there a security guard bhaiya helped me with finding rikshaw. Thankyou bhaiya❤️ Each of one was so humble. The receptionist, Ms. Payal, guard bhaiya, the kitchen people who made modified food on my request. Bhaiya who took me to the room. Thankyou

Wow, we had such a great time at this place! the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. We were really impressed with the level of service and cleanliness. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

The property is in the heart of the city. The room and bathroom were clean. I had breakfast, and it was tasty. The staff, from reception to room service, were very helpful. I recommend leela grandee Leela Grande Hotel. The service you receive is well worth the money spent.

Stay was comfortable, rooms were clean and neat. Hotel is in middle of the city so parking can be an issue. Food could have been much better. Overall okay 8/10
